Same story, this number popped up on caller ID.
To the person who gives the fax number (Tommy Aug 13, 2009): it is possible to set your fax to send that number 100s of faxes flooding that office with lots of paper. Many such offices turn off their fax number, but it's an annoyance to them of about the same magnitude of their numerous calls to us. Might be worth a try. Just a thought.

Called at 3:38 am!!!  No decency!! Geez!!!!  Like I'm really going to buy what you are selling at 3:38am!!  I'm on the National Do Not Call List.  I also have the solicitation block from my phone company.  Guess I'll be calling them in a few hours too!!

I got a call from this number about once an hour this past night...scared the hell out of me...then just pissed me off...

Recieved 4 phone calls from 2am-6am from 408-651-8179. GRRRR! caller ID showed "Tower soft". Just filed compaint with FCC

3 calls - so far.  One at 3:15 am,another one hour later and at 6:11.  Rings once or twice and then a dial tone.

Called at 2 am, 4 am and 6 am. Do i need to find them and get uncle Tony to take them out??

Arizona time: called me at 3:03am, 3:33am and again at 5:35am. Caller ID the first two times said Out of Area, then the last time came up Tower Soft. I attempted to call back but got a message saying "thank you for calling back, if you would like to be removed from the list press 1". I answered the last two times because I was finally awake, but they hang up.

Received 4 calls: 02:16, 02:46 then 2 about 05:27, today 10/06/2009!  I live in Arizona, and initially thought that the number was 480, which is a local number here in Phoenix area, so thought someone from work was trying to contact me.

Filed complaint with 'Don Not Call Registry'.  Not sure how long they'll take to react.

I got calls at 3:04 Am, 3:36 AM and 5:37AM.  It would ring one or twice and nothing.  You call back and it would say something like  "Thanks for calling back and if you would like to not to receive anymore call and be placed on the do not call list allow 72 hours".

Same story here in California. Four phone calls through the night starting at about 3 am. I'm so, so pissed off and extremely tired now too.

Same thing in AZ.  Three calls this early morning. No reply.  It is BS that there are complaints from Aug and this is still happening. I'm on the Do not call list etc.  If these companies are going to do this they need to be able to be reached and use a company name, period.  I don't even know what they had to offer!

Called 5 times throughout the night.

I'm in CA.  three calls early this morning, October 6, with nobody on the line.  Caller id said tower soft 408 651 8179.  Calls were very upsetting at 3:12, 4:30 and 6:13am.  I called back and got a recording asking to press one if I wanted to be put in their do no call list.

Rcvd 3 calls from Tower Soft. 3:18am 4:20am 6:30am.  No one there just dial tone when answering. Called them back just msg to press 1 then auto disconnect. Verified I'm on DNC list so filed complaint.  Will be calling Qwest to complain when they get in the office.

called me many times starting at 1:15 am for 2 1/2 hours every 15 min.  call 888-225-5322 to report

they called me three times last night 10/6/09 @ 2:37 3:55 5:56.

This number called multiple times between 1:30 and 2:30 am Pacific Time.  Caller Id said Tower Soft.  I called back after the first and second calls, hitting the "1" key to be taken off list, but the number called back again anyway.  Thanks for the info on this site to help me figure out how to stop this outrageous activity.
