Scam call saying I owed them money for a loan or some crap. Got my info via an online application for a payday loan. It starts with them saying they have filed charges of fraud, wire fraud, theft, etc...and they need my attorney info.  When I started telling them some BS info for an attorney, they hung up. Total scam.

They told me I was expected to be in court on Friday for 3 charges with a cash advance and they even had my social, phone number, and a date of birth that was wrong! When I hung up after being threatened he called back and left another threatening message! I couldn't understand past the thick Indian accent anyways!!

They just called me said that my husban is going to prison for 5 years and the sheriff's department will serve him at his work. I am freaking out. Please help me and tell me what u did amy01nate15@yahoo.com

this guy named daniel scott from usa credit saying i was approved for xxxx amount of dollars and that i only had 30 minutes to call back with my info  call came to where i work.  what a lot of bs. they need to do something about these scammers i mean they dont even speak english.

This man daniel scott  called me at my job after leaving a message on my cell phone saying if I didn't call back or have my attorney call then he wishes me good luck. He said I had to be in court on Friday and that there was a federal offense against me and I could go to prison for non-payment for a Cash Advance loan. He said that the company has proof that they put money into my account. I told the man I had the onling banking transactions in front of me and nothing was deposited and he said they had proof. He tells me i was reported to the Social Security and I would be sent a summons unless I get a green dot card from walmart and make a payment now. Then he tells me that they will be open until 7:45pm for my time zone. What company stays open until 7:45 pm? He could not tell me the amount that was deposited into my account  but that I owed $529 but he would remove the late fees and I would pay $429 if I wanted to settle this out of court. He also wanted me to write a letter with last four of my ss# and my first and last name saying that I agree to pay $429 in installments and that I would not dispute my payments. Then I called back the number he provided for me and a lady in another laungue was on the answering machine- not even a comoany answering service. This guy is a joke and I told him he can send me my summons and he said ok. He called 3 times from blocked number as well.

This guy (Danny Scott) called and stated as the rest of them had, that they were looking for my husband. After the first 10 or so calls I reported them to IC3. In my report I placed the question of the possibility of attempting to get Americans to fund a terrorist attack on our selves. When my husband got home from work that day he called them back and they changed their story saying that these charges were against me. When he asked what company they were collecting for they hung up. He called them back repeatedly to try to get the company name from them and they wouldnt/couldnt give him one so they continued to hang up. Funniest part that at the time my husband had 2 federal background checks going on for work, if there was anything one or both of them would have caught it. They are on the IC3 website many times and it has been reported that they will tell you that they have issued a federal warrant for that person, (this is a scare tactic, if there was a federal warrant you wouldnt get a phone notification they would show up at your door/work). I saw some instances on there that they send someone in person and that person has gotten physically violent in some cases. Be careful!, if you feel like you are in danger, call the police.  Dont give them ANYTHING and report them to IC3, The more reports they get, eventually they will do something about it.

Got the same call saying I owed a debt. They said they were going to press charges which include evasion???, check fraud, etc...

What a bunch of desperate idiots.
