I received a call from the above number.  Not only did I hit 'ignore' on my phone 4 times because I didn't recognize the #, but he left a message during one of those times and then called again!  A "David Parker" called 5 times total within less than 5 minutes and said "Marvin" (fictitious name to protect my identity) had given him my # because he had 'papers' to serve me and he needed to confirm my address.  Not only would 'David' not let me talk but he said "[***]", said he was using a "government phone" and kept asking about my address so he could "serve" me papers.  When asked where he was calling from he said, "I don't work for anyone.  I mean, I work for myself".  He did give me an account number but would not reference it to a $$ amount, when it was incurred or who it was incurred with.  He also tried calling back under a 707.412.4562 #!
