who is this-said i have arrest warrant-never been in trouble, in my life, threaten

I received two phone calls from the phone number:408-915-5242.    The person approximately said I  have an arrest warrant if I do not  respond within the next 24 hours ... and have a blessed day.  I too felt threatened.  I have not been arrested in my entire life.  

I do not appreciate such phone calls.

I got some type of automated call. Was not even directed to me by name. Sort of generic. Said I have a complaint against my name and social security number. They will issue a warrant. I know my business and I know this is SCAM trying to get money. Block the number.

I don't appreciate the calls either, but they are going to do it anyway.

i just receive the same call as above. This is rediculous.  

This number is leaving harassing messages on my phone

Received a message stating the same as above from an automated system. Sounds like a scam

I have been getting harassing calls from this number also.  Im not dumb they don't call you and tell you they have an arrest warrant for you, they show up.  I have never been in trouble and don't appreciate these threatening phones, they have to be against the law.

I have gotten a number of calls with messages from this number.  the last one stated I have an arrest warrant out.  I have a clean back ground.  Never had any issues ever.

I receive the same message from this number.  This morning it was a person on the other line with a very heavy Indian accent.  When I asked him to send me something in writing he hung up.  

I just got a call five minutes ago saying I have a loan out I've never did a loan when I asked to speak to a manger they hung up

I received 2 phone calls on Nov. 17th, 2014 from some woman who sounded as if she was calling from a call center in India.   She said I had to call her back by 5pm or else an arrest warrant was going to be issued.  The calls actually come from California and I am in the midwest.  Interesting that it is now Nov. 19th and nothing has happened with an arrest warrant.  There would be no reason for a warrant to be out on me as I have never been in trouble with the law or committed any crimes.  I suspect this is the same group of people who send out those stupid emails that say "you are to report to court on blah, blah, blah or you can wire money now to us to avoid going to court...."

AGAIN, I received 2 more phone calls from this number: 408-915-5242, from California.  Same bullsh*t-  "A warrant has been issued in your name.  If you do not call us by the end of the day it will be released".  A warrant "released"... what the hell?  Too bad these idiots have nothing better to do then sit around and make such ignorant phone calls all day long.  THIS is why you need to go to college and get an education, so that you don't end up sitting on your 800 pound [***] eating doritos and watching Jerry Springer all day while making fake threatening phone calls.
