Security recording and when you speak to someone to remove your number, they hang up on you.

Received a message from this number.  Get a message saying "Call cannot be completed as dialed". No good because I did not dial, I did an automatic return call.

This call came in on my husband's cell phone first then on mine about five minutes later.  It was a recording from a 'security company'.  When we called back to ask them to please delete our cell numbers from their mailing list we could not get through.  A recording came on from the telephone company saying this call cannot be completed in the way it was dialed, maybe we should make sure it was the right number, etc.  It was the right number-- I just don't want calls like this on my CELL phone, which is always in the bottom of my purse!  

I ran a trace and registered a cell phone out of kirbyville. Probably a scam. Do not send money or anything to these people.

I, also, received a call from this number & when answered, got a automated message..."your call cannot be completed as dialed". I received 3 calls yesterday...my land line and 2 cell phones. My mom got 2 calls the day before...one on her cell & then her land line!  My mom lives about an hours drive from me and not many have her cell number. She doesn't usually answer unknown calls but this showed from Kirbyville TX, which is where I live, so she tried answering and got a dial tone cause they hung up.  She's in her 80's and doesn't need this headache!  These are very annoying & wished it could be stopped!

Suspicious call; they don't answer.

Got a call on my cell from this number in Nederland, TX. Same recording when called back. Wife got same call one minute later.  I hope it's not another scam like the "one-ring scam".

This number just called my husband's cell phone and we didn't answer the call. I tried to call the number back it's a recording. I blocked the number.

Ran a trace as well it is pinged in Kirbyville no idea what it is, most likely a scam.

Also I reported it to the local police after I found this forum.

Received a call from the number; I'm from Galveston, and odds are, this is a scam.

Received the call and I did not answer. Then my partner's phone range 5 minutes later from the same number. We share the same phone account but our phone numbers are not consecutive. The phone numbers had to come from Verizon as we do not list both numbers together any where else.

They just called my cell phone,  and I pressed ignore.  They left a voice mail saying they want to install a free security system and place a sign in my yard.  No thanks.  I thought my numbers were on the no call list so it is very irritating to keep getting these annoying calls all the time.

That's a Galveston County area code. I also got the "call cannot be completed as dialed" recording. My number is registered on the DO NOT CALL list (redone recently) so it's more than likely a scam and not a telemarketer.

It is from Kirbyville, TX because that's what came across on my cell phone when they called.  Of course, they did not leave a voice mail and I will not call it back.

Same thing here one ring, answered, and it disconnected.  Tried calling back got the automated bs. lol

I live in the 409 area code and Kirbyville is a small community with very little industry.  If you get a call from there you either know someone or you don't.  It's a lot like the film Trail or Park Boys.  Guess one of em has figured out how to use their Apple II gs.

I received a call from this number and when I tried to call it back, the message said it is not a good number please try the number again

Just received a call from this number as well. Please report this number to the Federal Trade Commission website, so the proper authorities are notified. It literally takes 60 seconds.

I just got the call on my cell phone - didn't get to in time - earlier today I got a call on my landline from a "security" company wanting to tell me about there offerings. I ask them to "put me on their no calls list" (which a friend tells me is what you need to say). The caller was persistent and defensive. She ask me why I wouldn't even listen! I am on the no calls lists - but it seems more and more companies are ignoring that!
