I have recieved close to 50 calls from this number from "John McClain" sexually harassing me.  He originally was calling for whomever had my number before I did, and then called me another 48 times.
When I asked to talk to his supervisor; the supervisor only told me that he was going to "take him into his cabin and kick him"
I'm not sure how that was going to help; but I filed a police report anyway

Well I have recieved numerous call today at work from "James Brown". James had a very thick indian accent and claimed that he was calling from the B.C.I. (Bureau of Criminal Investigations) in Texas. He advised me that I was going to jail for a cash advance and cited me my full social security number. I advised him that I have never been in Texas and that he is mistaken. I promptly hung up. Then he called my employer back and I had his message placed into voicemail. The idiot left a voice mail message claiming I was going to jail again and that he was sending mobsters after me. He left the same number of: (409) 655-3009. The hilarious part of this is that I work for a law firm. I promptly called my boss and notified a few other attorneys and had them listen to the voice mail. We all concluded this is a scam and notifed the authorities. So whatever you do, do not pay these people money. Notify the FBI and you local police and if you can get them to leave you a message.

I received a call today from "Officer Laddie Wilson and Dep. Superintendent James Brown" of BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigations) also claiming I owe all this ?? from $9,857 to $1,485 or settle today for $891 to avoid being arrested, etc.  They had all my information, which is scary, but would not verify the debt whatsoever.  DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!  It has been determined to be a SCAM!!!

i also got the call they said they were looking for my sister and that if i dont call them back i'll be under investigation. so i called to see what the name of the company is and all i got was how may i help u thats not how u answer the phone at a business so i hung up and they called right back sounding very upset that if i dont call them back im going to jail! so ive been searching the internet and came up with nothing. so i downloaded an app to block them from calling my cell phone0

This man with a heavy Arabic accent has called me many times has called my sister and told her to tell me that i need to get in touch with him if not i am facing criminal charges. and i might get a surprising visit at work or at home and i will get arrested. so i called him about an hr ago he gave me the file # and asked me my name which he was the one giving me all the info except my ss# he only knew the last four . anyways he told me the bank i have , and the charges against me i had # charges 1. federal banking 2 deception and one more anyways he said it was my last chance to pay before them sending me to court. i told him i was going to call him back i was going to call my bank and make sure that i received that so called payday loan and he kept telling me that it would be better to resolve this matter now i said no. and i was going to call my bank . right after i did call the bank and they said that their hasn't been no activity with that company called PAYDAY ADVANCE USA and that i should go to mu nearest branch tell them my prob and also go to the police and make a report.

They called me yesterday also with this same # after they called from a weird number which was 100-000-0000 yeah from this company called BCI they told me i had 3 criminal charges against me and that i had to payday loan i made a few months ago that they were contacting me via email etc all bs!!!! point being that this man's name is Samuel baxter he told my sister that i had talked to this other guy named daniel adams. i went online and there is no such thing as BCI and called the bank to explain my situation so they assured me it was a scam . Don't send them money

Someone called me from this number and said that I owed them money.  He said his name was Michael Black.  He had a heavy Arabic accent.  He said that I would be faced with criminal charges if I need not pay them.  He said he was from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.  And even had the nerve to say May God help you!

I got this same call left on my voicemail at my work phone from 7 pm last night!  Same guy, said his name was officer Michael Black and he even said the same exact words "may god help you."  ODD.

So I've been having the same calls from a Mr. Michael Black with an arabic accent. I called the police to file a report and the officer talked to the guy, Question for everyone who went through this,
Did you end up going to court with the charges? What happened after he called? Mr.Black told me that my social security number will be on a hold so I wouldn't be able to use it. Did he tell any of you the same?

I also have had the same threats, and demands. I have the voice mail locked. I think my social security number is on hold as well. What do shelley, I, and the rest do?? I also tried to use my debit card to day
rejected??

shelley, what did the police say?? I also had my  facebook, and cell phone hacked !!  I'm a nervous wreck
because of this whole thing !!

I need your advice on what to do, if this goes all wrong for me? I have had all the same stuff happen. How can I see if my social security number is "on hold", and can't be used. I have heard of freezing your credit
but not your S.S. #  What all ended up happening to your situation?

Wow really thats all scary!! I'm not sure how to check your social sec. # to see if it's on hold!! But you should go close your account and re open one!! The police just talked to that guy but it seems as if he believes Mr. Black!! But the officer told Mr. Black to mail the paper work to me if he had my address. and I haven't received anymore calls from this guy!!

I received a call from a Indian speaking man who said his name was Officer David Cooper with the Bureau Criminal Investigation (BCI) and that I have had many serious complaints allegations against me concerning my the use of my SSN#, his message said if I did not call him asap after hearing his message then he will be forced to download my files to file charges against me and have a warrant for my arrest for fraud. I was at work freaking out in my office thinking what the beep is this guy talking about so I and called the # back that he left 409 655-3009 ext 3174 so I called this # and a man (Indian access) answers “ BCI how may I direct your call, I asked for officer Cooper, they put me through to him, which sounded bogus, the operator just pressed the # keys and I could hear it beeping like they where supposedly putting me through to this Office Coopers extension, then a man came on the line, who said he was glad I called him back promptly that it could be a serious risk for myself if I didn’t intend to clear up this matter. I asked him what the charges are and what did I supposedly do, he tells me “I took a loan out from a payday loan company for 300.00  and I did not pay it back and that criminal charges would be filed  against me if I didn’t take care of this debt that I owed. He proceeded to tell me my bank, and he had my SSN# when he spouted off my SSN# I was almost in a panic I started to feel sick, the guy wouldn’t stop to listen to me,  he asked what I intended to do to take care of this matter. He then gives me his name which this time it’s not officer David Cooper but officer Samuel Baxter I hadn’t realized it was a different name at that moment then the one he left on my voice mail until I had my co-worker listen to my message and realized he said a different name .  I told him I wasn’t going to do anything until I check my account that this money was “supposedly” deposited into, and would need some time to do that,  He told me if I did not intend to clear up this matter immediately  I would be facing criminal charges and the police would issuing  a warrant for my arrest. He even told me the name of the town I live in and had my email address. He told me I had until 5:00 pm pacific time to contact him with my intentions. I asked him where he was calling from, because the caller id on my phone said it was from Ontario Canada I tried calling that # first before I called the 409 # and it just gave you an operator recording it was not a valid #.  It scared me enough to talk to a co-worker about it and she said you have been scammed that anytime you get a 409 area code it’s going to be a scam, she Googled the phone # and it came up to this website and many more, I started reading other peoples complaints and they were saying the same thing I had just went through. I  read the article from abc news and I was so mad, as soon as I got home I checked my account all the way back to Jan and of course I knew that I hadn’t overlooked a 300.00 deposit to my account. I then received another call and he leaves a message on my voice mail at 4:30 , which he told me I had to call him by 5:00 pm,  he threatens me with intent to proceed with filing the charges, since I was not making it clear to him that I was making the right choice to clear this matter up and that I could avoid criminal charges if I would clear the debt and that he would be able to process payment to take care of these serious charges against me, if I didn’t contact him by 5:00, I then called him as soon as I heard that message, and let him know I have filed a complaint with the FBI fraud department, I filled out the complaint at the internet website and if he ever called me and harassed me again I would be making every attempt in public forums, newspaper articles about the scam you have going on and I will write my congressman and send copies of the voice mails that I received to the District Attorney for my area and see what can we do. I said “DON’T YOU EVER CALL MY # AGAIN” you #%#^#& son of *&^$&$%$ . I didn’t get another call from the fraud.

This Guy called my husband's cell phone and left a message saying he was investigating a criminal case. Since my husband was working I called and the guy who had a bad attitude answered and I asked to talk to  " officer " Shawn Martin..or so he likes to be called that. All he said is that my husband took out a loan and how they wanted to take us to the Federal court in PA. And how our court hearing is Tomorrow Morning at 10 unless we pay him 598.00. Now thats when I started getting angry. Because he wasnt listening to me. And I know that you have to be served papers..to take us to court. So I gave him attitude saying fine arrest me and hung up on him. Then he called back threatening me saying he is going to make my life a li0ving hell..and he is going to arrest my husband in 30 minutes..lol. Needless to say..he called back less then 5 minutes..acting like that conversation 5 minutes go did not take place. He started asking about me...what size figure am I? I said I was going to call my local authorites on him..and I hung up. I called that company back and asked to talk to [***]'s supervisor and he asked me the same question what is my figure. This number is fraud..don't give them money..and call your local police!!

Got a call for Michael Black,  is there anyway to stop this harassment?  He has an Indian accent.
