called two times this morning and left no message

(410) 202-0064 This number called this morning.  Out of Maryland.  Tried calling back and it was a please hold for next rep for like 10 minutes and when someone came on the line they said they are NCO on behalf of NCC??? Have no idea.

I got a similar call this morning (8/1/09). I didn't catch who it was. But if you've found NCO as a company name, I may be able to shed some light on it. NCO is the company that's currently collecting on an old hospital bill of mine. It's likely that the calls from this number are debt-collection based.

it is a collection agency for student loans as well and they bug and bug you to death call with different numbers and area codes all day long to the point you want to turn off your phone they are horrible and should be reported due to they call from 8 am until 9 pm every 5 minutes or so even on the weekends too and they dont work on the weekends its terrible when you pick up due to you are put on hold for long periods of time

This is a collection agency for American Education Sevices (AES), called me, when I answered, message said to hold for a very important call, then "all agents are currently helping other members, Please continue to hold"  First, why did they call me to put me on hold? Then, I called back later to the number and they went thru all the"this is an attempt to collect a debt, this call will be recoreded"..Then she proceeds to tell me that this is in deferrment since Jan 2010, and to disregard the call.???? Why did they call to begin with???
