people calling stating they are police officers, telling me i am going to get arrested for fraud

This is a new number in the payday loan collection scam

Got a call - several weeks ago and then again - Jason Washington, Maryland State Police - first if there was a warrant for me why would they and need to know where I work or leave they should know - second when I called the number they answered "how can I help you?"  When I asked who I was calling the phone went dead.

These people called my work stating that I have to appear in court. They say that they are with a police department but wouldn't say which one. It's a scam. Report them!!

410-415-3841 Randy Smith and his partner in crime Tammy Marsu. It is a scam from a supposed loan company. They claim that some one is filing fraud charges against you and demand that you make a payment immediately. It is all bogus and a scam. The names are not rael and none of them speak English very well at all.

I got a call from these people at my job and they took a message. Says that there is a legal emergency that I need to take of and I need to call Jason Washington. But there is also a Michael and a Tammy and a Randy. So many people to talk too. Anyway, I called them back and they would not give me any information but they wanted mine. So after calling back ten times and getting hung up on or placed on hold, I just decided to report the number and the caller.

I got a call from 911. They said that I need to call Jack Dawson at this number. He tells me my amount is for paperwork and interest on a loan under my social. They say I have to appear in court in Maryland by Friday or pay today.

Keep getting harrassament calls. Says urgent matter. Threatening phone calls. Latest came through as a 911 Emergency call on my id. Left message saying it was Jason Washington, call him immediately. He said that he was with Ohio Police Department coming to arrest me at my place of employment. I tried to return the call to say that I was filing harrassment charges but get voicemail.

i got a call  yesterday a 911 emergency call said he was from md police dpartment and that i have charges   against me and that my hearing was this friday on a payday loan i asked him what payday loan was this because i never had one he i said i'm from the md. police department and you have 3counts against you, would you like t take care of the matter today i told him no i need more info. he started yelling being rude so i did too, and he said  i will call your local police department and have them issue a warrant because you are refusing to take care of this issue. these people had my address and social security number how did they get that, that is crazy. they sound like indians ,from india sorry but thats what they sounded like and i called a second time asked for MICHAEL WASHINGTON and a different person answered and said that he was MICHAEL WASHINGTON

I also got the call and they left a message claiming to be state police and said I had to turn myself in to local authorities or call them back.  Was told they were going to put out a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay them money.  I was asking for info and they seemed to know enough that I was scared.  called out local police who said they have been receiving calls about this scam.  But how do we report, because the police told me that since they were probably outside the country there wasn't anything anyone could do.  Even though I have 2 voice mails where they claim to be police.  I was told they would quit calling if I told them I had been to the police but became even more threatening.  Am really worried because they have continued to call back.  the first 2 calls  came up as 911, but now they are using this number.  Thanks if someone can help me.

I got a call to my job stating there was a warrant for my arrest. From the federal police.

This is Crazy i got the same call saying i have a law suite against me with John William called the number 410-415-3841 and told them i saw this number on the internet and is states this call is a scam. All the Oriental guy said "its okay Mam" and got disconnected. Please report it!!!

 These people called me and said i have a warrant for my arrest for a payday loan that was never repaid,,,,first off, I'm never late and i know where every dollar i have goes and all online loan companies auto draft their money on set dates,so this is almost impossible to not pay a loan back,,,,anyway the names involved are,,, Jason Washington,Jack Dawson,,,i could go on but the point is,these are made up names,and totally bogus so anyone receiving these calls should report them right away,,,,,the # is 410 415 3841

I just received the same information saying call John Williams now at 410-415-3841. He also said someone from the Louisiana State Police will arrest me on the job

I jus got a call from Randy smith sayin I owe money and I need to pay or fight it out in court. He even called my dag on job. Talkin bout I owe money to pay day advance fa real dats crazy den talkin bout be prepared to get arrested. Scamming ass mess. 410-415-3841 ain't nuttin but a fraud in scam.

I got a call from this Jack Dawson, I told him if name was Jack Dawson mine mud..  As soon as I told I was going to give his number to my attorney to call him. He said never mind and would block my number from being called, and he hung up quickly

Just got a call from this number. Talking about fraud. Court on friday. Wants a money pak number forat least $100. Talking about a warrent for my arrest.
