I just received a call from a woman who said her name was Sylvia Jones. She called me by my first name and said she wanted to make sure she was talking to the right person and asked for my last name. Not thinking, I gave her my last name.  She advised she was from America's Financial....something to do with bail bonds. She gave me three names and asked if I knew them. I advised that I did not. She said she would remove my number.  She advised if I had any questions or encountered a problem to give her a call.  She provided the number 410-494-4680.

i been getting calls frm this num for about 3 weeks threating me with a warrant the call talk smart hangup n call back i wanna know who these ppl really is!!!!!!!!

These people are calling my wife about bail money she owes on a person that she doesn't know.

This company is calling my family to find me stating I have a court date due to having something to do with bails bondsman.  I did my research and there is no such company in Baltimore Maryland. A gentleman by the name of Mike Turner.  This is a total scam.  I am looking into stopping these calls.  I am filing a complaint with the phone company.

The same number with the name Mike Turner called my grandmother at her Assisted Living home.  Thankfully the Director at the home just took a message.

I've received several calls from some clown named Tony Williams from this number (american financial trust) about a bail bond I paid in full four years ago. Of which I still have both receipts. I told him I have the paid receipts and I have legal representation. He kept calling back demanding money or he would have a "body attachment" placed on me. Obviously, they don't know the law. It would be a civil matter not criminal and I made sure to keep proof of his constant calls in my phone as I have asked them to stop (per my lawyer). These clowns won't get a real job so they'll try to hustle people out of money. Dont fall for it.

The same thing happened to my boyfriend.  This guy Mike Turner called his family saying he better show up in court or he will be arrested.  It scared his family member and got him all upset thinking someone may have stolen his identiy.  This is awful and this guy should be arrested for doing this to people.  Thanks for posting thid so others can know this is a scam.

I just recieved a call from a guy name Mike Turner and he said he have a warrant out for my husband I ask for what! I was sooo scared, he said I'm pressing charges about theft. I called my mom and my husband job shaking.They both said it was a scam and I should report him to the consumer protection agency, he was very rude I want him to pay for my anxiety. Same phone number, 410-494-4680.

I got a phone call from them as well. Mike Turner was very unprofessional and he was even cussing on my work phone. And my phones calls are monitered since I work in a call center. I tried to work about a arrangement with them and they also stated that they would take me to jail. I'm in the process of contacting a lawyer now to see what I can do about this foolishness

They did the same thing to me. I put my name on a bond and i thought is was getting paid and it wasnt so this is a shock to me. I asked them to give me two weeks to come up with a payment and he said that he was going to court on monday if I didnt give him money by 5pm today 10/25/2013 I called the bondman and he said he sent it to collection on 10/242013 and they are harassing me already. So if they come and lock me up at my job they will never get paid because I'll be unemployed.

This clown Mike Turner just called mu number which is a do not call saying something about a person and a legal matter.  gees

I received harassing calls from this same # today, as well as my siblings on a bail that I will admit has an unpaid balance. However, Mr. Mike Turner and a Ms. Harris was very unprofessional over the phone. The fact that they was demanding money by 3p, threw up a red flag for me. He also became highly upset/cursing when I stated that I would see him in court and hung up on me. But nevertheless something needs to be done about this, can u imagine how many other people this scam this actually worked on!! Smh..  

I got the same call on Thursday n I was freaking out n he told me I had until 5pm that day to come up with atleast $1000 or I would have a body attachment issued n it was 1pm that same day he wanted the money. I didn't think this was possible n asked around n thankfully found this. Thank God for google.

Hopefully someone reads this!! So I received a call from a tony Williams about a bail I posted 9 years ago. He threatened me with arrest if I didn't pay him. So I went on MD case search.com and looked up the individual I bailed out. I found the date and looked to see who the bail agent was. His name is dujuan Alvin tilghman. So I looked up Mr tilghman and found that he is related to a Sylvia tilgman and at one time was a legit bail bondsmen and all of his companies that he is a registered agent of are now out of business. He has old files and is trying to extort people. He needs to be called by his name dujuan Alvin tilghaman. A washed up bail bondsmen turned crook. Please look him up and you will see as well. Asking for money for signing a bail bond for a ex boyfriend.. I don't have 8,000 to pay. So he said, this was a law office and he was putting out a body attachment  On me, so I can be arrested for not paying the $8000 or making a payment arrangement. well I'm broke, don't have a dollar to give. So... It has been a year, he called me again and Said the same thing.I Still don't have money, just enough to pay my bills but not no 8,000 bail bond. Side note**Never sign a bail bond, lesson learned..

This guy is trying  to get peoples money. As you read other people stories please  know these guy aren't  legit..For the pass three years  this guy has been calling me saying  the same store and saying he will add a body attachment to it. If you google this # you will find that alot of people have been getting  a similar  store..please Report this #...
