Got threatening call, voice disguised, muffled. Asking for "ransom." Any ideas?

I got treating calls from this number talking bout I owe money on an old pay day loan......talking about they was going to put me in jail and more...so I called the loan company directly and talked to them and they told me it was a scam....when the guy called me back I told him I contacted the loan company...he was like ...O I didn't work for me I work with some other company I never hard of and if I don't pay them he is going to send the policy e to my job.....WOW

Have gotton 4 telephone calls on my cell phone today from 1-410-530-4141.  Don't know what to do about this.

When I got up this morning I had a missed call at 2:37 in the morning from an unknown # on my cell phone.  And my voicemail icon had a big red circle on it. With an error message that said visual voicemail is unavailable. Since several if the kids are away from home, I tried a callback on the unknown and as expected it failed.... But then it redialed and went to +1 (410) 530-4141 MD, USA. I disconnected immediately fearing it was one of those one-ring hack issues and looked up the number and found you guys.  

I keep getting a call from this number. No message...it goes to a block list. I have a new telephone number so only the people I want to call, have it.

I attempted to call the number back and I get a recording to "please enter your password". I don't have a password. No clue who these people are.

This number has called numerous times to my cell message call me.  Have not and will not call back.

410-530-4141 is the number used by the AT&T voicemail access when checking it on your phone.

This number is messing with my phone....  get odd sounds coming from my phone.....I used a code to see and this number came up..... Disgusted

Phone rang-needed to be charged so it didnt register-left voicemail that was unintelligable-number has called before.

Left a message which seems to be a woman speaking in Chinese or Korean.  Since I don't speak either of those languages,  I have now idea what she was saying.

Received a call from this number today. Im sure it was ghosted, when I google the random numbers that keep calling me I get the same address on 202nd Ave in Pasadena, MD

So I'd gotten 3 calls this morning from California number 3239082298. Claimed to be the Treasury Department and that they'd issued a warrant for my arrest, and "Call this number or the cops going to arrest you." Looked into the number and found it's registered to Broadwing Communications in LA. I also found threads saying it's a scam and you call back they demand you go to a Walmart and send a money order, etc. So I blocked the number and reported it to the FTC and the Treasury Department.

Maybe 20 minutes later I get a call from this number, 4105304141. It's the same robocall voice, but this time it's just repeating "You can reach us at 3239082298." Creepy [***]. I'm not falling for it, but I'm worried about some naïve family members that might.

Actually, that's the ATT voicemail number... It was a call that immediately went to voicemail so I can't see the 2nd number they called me from.

I get calls from this # at least 4 x a day every day.  Sick of this.  What can i do?
