The new number for the ole "Credit Card Services" scam. Rachael didn't call this time. Perhaps someone Killed the [***]. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Keep in mind this is not a legitimate business. They fish for personal info and if you are dumb enough to give it to them, they will empty your bank account for you and sell your personal info to identity thieves.

Has called several times "about our credit card account". Continues to say there is no problem with the account but we should call them to see about lowering our interest rate.

No company name on Caller ID, no company name given by recording.

They called me but left no message.  I do not have any credit cards at the moment either.  I hate this sh_t.

I got a call from this same group today.  I didn't answer the phone but don't know how they even got my number since it's not linked anywhere to my credit cards!  Ridiculous!

The phone number comes up as a Verizon number. When I asked which credit card this was for, I was not told a specific card...only that it was for all cards with Chase, Bank of America, Citicard, etc.

If you press 1 to hear your options about lowering your rate, it transfers you to India and the connection on the phone is not good.

Received a robo call  "calling about your credit card account", continues to say there is no problem with the account but  to stay on the line to reduce the rate.

No company name on Caller ID, no company name given by recording, no mention of what credit card.

I hung up.  I presume it is a scam.

Got the same call today in CO. Didn't answer, left no message. Seems to jive with what I'm reading here.

Got a call from the same number to my cell phone at about 12:57 today.  Left no message, and seems to go along with other postings here

Got a call from this number. Thay said they can lower my interest rate bacause am a long time customer. I told them I was at the post office relating to fraud. They hessitated for a moment. Thay are suppose to call back tomorrow. Since it sounded fishy, I went in the internet to check it out. Glad I did.

Called my cell phone on Monday Sept. 23 and I just ignored.  Robot calling every number that exists quicker than I can type this message.  This is a known scam.  Not legitimate.

Called me Mon Sep 23, 9am and did not leave a message.
