Calling about my "credit card" and lowering my rate with no correlation with a company, business or bank.  

Called my cell phone.  Did not pick-up because I did not recognize the number.  Did not leave a message and can only assume this is a telemarketer.

Heavy foreign accent, calling about "My credit card", what credit card? "The Visa and the Mastercard", oh OK the Visa and the MasterCard, huh.....wreaked of a scam, when I would give up no useful information the female caller promptly hung up on me. Tried to call the number back and get a constant busy signal. Be real wary of this one.....

Called x2 left no message.checked other sites,results was call is a scam.Don't give them any information.

Forgot to say .it is a Verison phone number from Odenton,Maryland

They claimed I had a credit card with them and said that they could lower my interest rate, then said"  your balance is over $3000, right?" I laughed and said "If I have an account with you why don't you tell me what my balance is." They then hung up. The line comes up as a Verizon number, but Verizon claimed that the spammers are spoofing the caller id. That is why when you call them back it wont go through. This is definitely an out of country credit card fraud ring. Verizon said that if you hit the number when prompted it will only make them call you more because they know the number is a live number. Lesson learned.

This telemarketer calls about my credit card, and when I press "1" to speak to an operator and ask to be removed from their calling list, I was told "I'll think about", and when i responded with "No you won't think about it, you will remove my number from your database", the response I got was"[***] you".  AWFUL DEGENERATE PIECES OF TRASH.
