Wachovia calls me about some other persons loan payment.  I have nothing to do with the vehicle in question.  My name is not on the title or on the loan.  It is my understanding that lenders cannot disclose personal information to outside parties.  Obviously Wachovia does not beleive in Privacy Laws.  If someone is late on their payment, the ONLY OTHER PERSON to be contacted should be a CO-SIGNER.  They need to watch who they call.  Some lawyers may not be as considerate as I.

Some idiot at this number continues to call every morning to a government phone that they were repeatedly informed not to call. Action is being taken to shut this company down and arrest the individuals behind the calls.

Who call me with this number?

Who can I complain about this number? I repeatedly told them I'm not the person they are looking for and delete my number from their contacts. Despite that they keep calling me all the time and sometimes in the middle of the night.

A debt collector named Sean identified himself from Wells Fargo trying to collect a debt i have nothing to do with. Previous calls to Wells Fargo to stop the calls seem not to include Sean somebody. My last call, Wells Fargo claims they do not even have this number in their file.

Calling the # back led me to Wells Fargo Dealer Services.Still trying to figure out this part of the puzzle.

I had a missed call on my cell phone with this number.  No idea who it is from or what they want - no message - extremely annoying.
