It's a scam promising better credit card rates.
There is the option to opt out at the end of the recording.

this number keeps on calling but wont  leave a message. If its a telemarketer please get a real job and quit harassaing people who proably don't want want to hear from you in the first place. maybe report you to a lawyer that I personally know.

i had gotten 1 of those calls from this number a few minutes ago but when i answered they hung up.not a very happy camper over this just royally pissed off.my air time is very limited & they need to just stop calling cellphones n land lines as well.every time they call my bill gets higher n higher.

Just got this call when I stepped out of my office. 8:40 AM 2/26/14. No VM. I normally do not pick up numbers I do not know or else they will know its a valid number and they will keep calling.

called my mobile, left my message. This is recurring however it did stop for a while now twice in an hour

corection... left NO message. call from Maryland now blocking it

This number called me literally 3 minutes before my alarm went off for the day, @ 6:27 a.m.  Messed my whole day up maaaan.

I answered this stupid number 410-758-4286 on the road at 5 am in the morning. My mom is in MD and I thought it could be an emergency call.........sigh..... Curse on the owner of this #

I just got a missed called from the number grrr

I answered the number last month and it's the beginning of horrible nightmares. Since then, I pray everyday, hoping God will remove this trash from the earth.

The option to opt out doesn't work. You answer once, you get more......

Can we file a class action against this company for malacious disturbance or invasion of privacy? Any legal advice out there?

Call about getting a better credit card rate. It's a scam. They left a recorded message....

Just got a missed call 3:32pm 10/27/14. Didn't pick up. No VM left. Glad I didn't pick up now that I've read this. **blocking number**

They called my mobile and left a message that it was about better credit card rates.  I thought maybe it was a legitimate offer so I called back (I happened to call back from a different number), and someone answered who (1) first claimed that he couldn't hear me and then (2) said "no one could have called you from this number."  Really, you don't call ANYONE from your own number?

Called every single weekday for *two months* soliciting either credit card relief or senior citizen personal panic buttons.  Sometimes two or three times in a single day.  Hit 5 to be removed every time but of corse wasn't removed.  Finally got fed up, started hitting 1 to speak to a representative and then blowing a referee's whistle into the handset.  Calls stopped after three whistles.  Haven't gotten another call for two weeks now.
