    Recieved multiple calls from this number. They refused to leave a message. Seems strange. If they call you I would suggest not calling back and blocking the number from your phone.

    I have a call on my caller ID from this number. It says "Western Wats." I  haven't tried to call back. How would they get my number and know if I bank at Chase???

    I think this is associated with a service chase offers when they send you a text message when a withdrawal is made from your bank, Im signed up for that but never gave chase my cell # so it called my home #, a check for rent cleared today so I think that is what it was about, maybe because the text bounced back to them, its probably a glitch that makes an outcall automatically when this happens

    The caller ID says "Chase Opinion" and I bank with Chase so I answered. They knew my name and asked if I would agree to an opinion poll about my last Chase experience. I said, "No, I don't want to complete any poll." and they hung up. If this was legitimate, I am sure that they would at least have thanked me and said goodbye. I think that this is a scammer looking for information and it is a safe bet that many people they call are affiliated with Chase so people will answer the questions...then, again I am assuming, when the opinion is over, they will ask for identifying things like your account number or social security...
    These are scam calls, I'd bet on it.

    Message on my answering machine from a "John Davis from Chase," and then a click.  Caller ID saved the number so I called it back.  It rings for a while and then goes dead.  Scam.

    This must be a scam.  I looked up the number on reverse lookup and says it belongs to Chase Opinion.  I do not have a Chase bank account or credit card so there is no way they would have my number.  They have now called me two days in a row around the same time and left no message.

    Received this call at 2pm 1-6-11. I was in the shower, so I didn't hear the phone. If it is Chase, I wouldn't be surprised. Many companies want your feedback after you have dealt with one of their respresentatives. The previous day, I had just been in a Chase branch office and spoke with an account administrator. I am sure that this must have just been a follow up call to see how satisfied I was with the service I recieved. However, I do not usually participate in such surveys, as I feel that quality customer service is a no brainer. If a company doesn't know how to provide it, then they shouldn't be in business. :)

    Got a call from this number on 1/13/2011 @ 4:48pm.  The caller ID reads: Western Wats.  I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

    I got a call from Western Wats and they said the call was on behalf of Chase. I didn't answer but I called Chase and they had told me they were not associated with them.

    Just received a call from this number as well.  Very interesting that I just had a call with Chase two days prior and all of a sudden a call from a "Karen" from Chase on my answering machine, basically saying the same things as mentioned before.

    I just got off the phone with Chase and they checked the account - all good - but advised me to always call them with something like that.

    So maybe everyone who gets a call from this number should call Chase immediately.

    Got a call from Western Wats on Feb 11, 2011 at 2:05 pm EST and 7:43 pm EST with no message left.  So I called back at 10:59pm to see what type of recording would answer.  The phone only rings with no recording and then goes dead, so I hit mute and then after a short wait the line went dead with disconnected tones.  If this is company under contract with Chase Bank, I would have hoped Chase would have made sure any company (contractor) representing them would have acted in a profession manner and not so unprofessional.  I am going to copy this comment and send it to Chase at their customer contact email address with chase.com, maybe then I will get a real person, with some respect.  

    So with a repeated call and no one wishing to known with also a way to verify they do represent Chase Bank I will be making this a prank call, since it is just a call and hang-up at this point.

    Received a call from this number. My husband picked up and they asked him if I visited a chase bank in the past seven days. I called chase and they know nothing of this. I attempted to call the number back however the line goes dead. This seems fradulent.

    This is the third message from western wats, I was away on vacation the first two callers asked for me by my full name, the third time they called a person asked for my in spanish, I didn't answer because I know no one from western wats.

    THese people have called every day and asked a different question. They are fishing and trying to build up a profile to steal from you! Don't tell them anything! Not even who live there! !!!!!!!

    I also agree with you.  Remember, almost every Credit Card Company have sent ALERT emails to all of their customers two week ago, informing us that their Email Processing Company's record have been COMPROMISED; some one hacked all of their email records.  So, be careful, DO NOT discuss any financial or personal information with any of these callers.  Always ask the caller to hang-up and you'll call back. Do your search on the number before calling back.

    Now that I see that someone said it was Chase, I know that they call every time you have used a teller.  I did yesterday, so they are calling to check on their customer service.  Oh, how annoying!  I'm so glad I was busy coloring my hair.  They call at the worst times.

    We don't bank with Chase.  We closed our account with Washington Mutual years ago,
    and moved, and changed our phone number several times since then.
