Call once or twice a week and hang up.have no idea who this is

Calls and hangs up. Then if you call back, as soon as the call goes through, it gets disconnected.

Calls cell phone and stays on the line. No one talks, no background noise, nothing. Lots of other reports around the internet of the same thing happening to other people.

weird, a woman yawned and then just hung up, called # back twice. 1st time was disconnected 2nd time nothing.

just got a phone call from this number does anyone know WHO or WHAT it is??

This number keeps calling my cell. When I answer they hang up. Then when I call back it disconnects. This is getting out of hand.

Well its 2013 and they are still calling not saying a word and when you call back it hangs up.
Wish all my bill collectors took this approach.. hahhahahaha...

They are still calling my cell at least once a week but like all numbers I don't recognize, I just let it ring.  Because of that I've never heard the caller.  Can a complaint to the govt. Do Not Call List people put a dent in this annoyance?

My Vonage VOI Phone service indicated "CR DYNAMICS & A" for (410) 856-1800, a Baltimore area number. I Googled CR DYNAMICS & A and found http://www.crdynamics.com/    CR DYNAMICS & ASSOCIATES, INC.  Scroll down the page to see who & what they are and what they do (they offer/perform several "business services").  You can even phone their office to "properly thank them."

This Person(s) or thing calls my cell but no one there and then hangs up..The person calls several times a week..People need to get real this is the 21 century..I hope someone finds out who they are and stops them from from being stupid...
