- Me| 1 replyIt is Medco/Express Scripts.
- D A| 7 repliesThis is apparently a scam. They are targeting people 60 or older. They are hoping someone is home & answers so they can get personal or credit card info. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
- Caller: MEDCO EXPRESS SCRIPTS
- Gem replies to D A| 2 repliesMedco Express Scripts is not a scam. We have used this company for years. They are a legitimate prescription management company that are affiliated with numerous insurance plans and pharmacies as well as their own online pharmacy. If Express Scripts calls, it is usually an automated caller requesting the policy holder either call customer service or log in to their online account for any number of reasons (Rx renewal reminder; out of pocket concerns; delay of delivery notification, etc.). If you do not subscribe to Express Scripts service and are receiving calls, than most likely incorrect contact information has been provided. If you inform them of the mistake, they will do everything in their power to correct it.
- mikeg replies to GemYes - Medco is the best.

Is a robot for Medco/Express scripts Pharmacy announcing the scheduled shipping of RX items to your address or communications that they need to speak with you about your order.
The calling service appears to have been hired out or subcontracted to Windstream Ccomunications in PA, USA whos computer systems do the actual calling for their client.- Caller: Medco/Express scripts Pharmacy
- Call type: Event reminder
- JGWhat irritates me is that when Medco/Express Script's robot computer doesn't comprehend, it doesn't switch over to a human! How can this system be so effecient and intelligent? I, for one, do not like or appreciate some machine asking for personal information over the phone. Why not send me an email like Medco use to do? Why not automatically ask me to contact customer service?
- maw1115 (Wisconsin) replies to GemWe've used Medco (now Express Scripts) for years, but this is NOT them! Someone has hijacked them so Express Scripts appears on screen.
My elderly mother called me today saying this number called her and asked for her DOB. She said it was a robo call. She hung up (she learns well as I always say if YOU didn't call, YOU don't give out any info).
She called the number back from her home phone to see what it was. It belongs to a person's cell, as the carrier answers to the callers voicemail. When I called this same number from my home phone - I get a recording that my order is being filled and I can no longer make changes. I do NOT have a current order into them, so it's a scam of some sorts.
We just CAN'T figure out if it's one of those scams where someone is using her phone to make long distance calls from jail....she said she just hung up. - maw1115 replies to R AWRONG!
We have NO CURRENT ORDERS nor have we seen an MD in the past month to submit an order. We have NOTHING on auto-ship....
What order are they talking about? - DonnaThis number called my mom who has had a stroke

- SRG| 1 replyWe received a call from this number last week and the caller ID showed "Express Scripts". They asked if they were speaking to my husband (by his name) and wanted to confirm he was who he said he was by asking his date of birth. After this call, I contacted the real Express Scripts (formerly Medco) and they confirmed - this call was NOT from Express Scripts. So BEWARE! This is a fraudulent call. Do not give any personal information out to anyone - EVER - over the telephone, especially this phone number!
- Caller: Said Express Scripts but it is NOT
- Call type: Event reminder
- Edie| 1 replyGot another call from this number today...not identified on caller id and no message left....I keep a list by the phone of numbers like this so others in the house won't give out information....just best to treat these like a scam
- V. Hinesapparently a scam.
- ErinS. replies to D A| 1 replyThis is a legit company. The # is an automated msg letting you know your meds have shipped
- Erin S. replies to EdieIt's your mail order pharmacy (Medco/Express Scripts)
- ErinS. replies to SRGWhoever you spoke to at Express Scripts didn't know what they were talking about. They have warehouses all over the country. The individual warehouse filling your order makes the automated call. I've received numerous calls from this number to let me know when my daughters meds have shipped. Never was asked to answer anything
- Terra HeilmanI got a call from this co. telling me that my order is processing. I ordered nothing from this co.
- Caller: unknow
- Laura WardWho is calling me
- MaryPharmacy calling to say that they are processing you meds NO scam here
- Caller: Express Scripts
- Call type: Event reminder
- Over 65 replies to ErinS.This is NOT a legit company. If so, when you phone the number back, why does it say your child's order has shipped? We have Express-Scripts and have auto-refills. Our physician e-files all RX's. They do not call everyone everytime they make a shipment. You better follow up on this.
- Bill OThe robot says it is express scripts and repeats your name electronically (mispronounced), then the first thing is asked for is for you to tell it your date of birth "to verify you are are the correct account holder" . Your birth date is personal info that can be used by scammers, so I hung up at this point. It called twice in two weeks, I logged into my Express Scripts account and I had no messages from express Scripts, I am not expecting a refill - BEWARE on this one. I personally believe it is bogus.
- Caller: Express Scripts (AKA ?)
