I received a call from a woman who said she was from Fifth Third Bank. She said she was calling because they were blocked from applying $25 value of my Fifth Third Real Life Rewards points to my home mortgage. I thought she might be legit, and did tell her my address, but when she asked for my mortgage number I told her I will take care of it at my local branch. I think this was a phishing call.

This is the call you get when you try to redeem Real Life Rewards and don't select the correct account type.  I've done that several times.  It's legit.  If you miss the call, just go back into Real Life Rewards and do it again, selecting the right account type.  It will post in a couple days.

These fake posters are cracking me up. This is DEFINITELY NOT legitimate. Do not give these fraudsters any personal details.

No need to post replies to all of them, those are unregistered users - some from a year ago - and they will not be back to read your posts.  The dupe posts have been reported for review.  Your very first post is just right and helpful to readers in the future.
