I have a rental property with the phone in my name. The number is listed on the Do Not Call list. Between guests I saw there were phone messages on the Brighthouse answering service.

When I checked there was a message from from this number (412-472-9277). It sounded like the beeps of a fax tones seeking a machine. I erased it. Next message: same thing. Erase...there were TWELVE (12!!!) messages from this annoying auto-dial program.

No caller ID or other info was available. A poster on another phone number info site said the caller asked questions about Bank of America. What an annoyance.

this phone number belongs to B of A which bought Countrywide. They'll probably going to tell you they bought an expensive insurance policy for you.

Yeah, a BofA flood insurance department supervisor used this number to call me.  She left a message with an 866 number where no one knows her or how to get hold of her.  They gave me a number that was supposed to work, but I simply roused some poor guy from his stupor.  BofA doesn't know their own numbers of how to find anyone in their company.  Pretty scary.
