    Several calls today from this number. Caller I.D. "Pennsylvania". Have been receiving numerous calls from telemarketers about switching "electrical power" providers. Looked up some of the numbers and found they are "spoofed" or "out of service" if you call them back.

    Have answered before and believe it was FirstEnergy telemarketer.  If u don't answer and call the number back a message of this number has been disconnected plays.  The calls will also occur under a similar number.  Each number will be disconnected. If u answer and tell to take off list they hang up on you.  The constant number change protects them from lawsuit (I believe) since its not the same number more than once.
