Finally was able to be home when they called. I held on through the recorded message and pressed 1 to speak with someone. "James" answered and said the company was called 'Senior Emergency Care'. As soon as I asked to be removed from their list, he hung up. They have called my house 20 times in 1 week, not counting previous weeks. Just finished filing my complaint with the DNC registry, not that it will do any good.

I got 9  calls today from numbers I don't recognize (all different numbers), and this was one of them. Thanks for the info, Larry.

Update:
This company didn't wait 1 day from the last time I asked them to stop calling me. Another man named 'James' answered after I pressed 1 to speak with someone. Not the same 'James' I had talked to earlier. He laughed and told me there were a lot of James' working there and hung up. What do I have to do to stop this harassment? They are selling some sort of medical alert service for seniors. Not a charity or non-profit and I am not a senior so I have not done business with them before nor have I given them any kind of permission to call me. I filed another complaint, but am not holding my breath.

This number calls at least once a day. When I answer it, there is no one there. When I call the number back, it conveniently says the mailbox is full.

Selling Emergency Medical Alert System ti Seniors.

I don't understand why they call my number.  There are no seniors in this household.

It is interesting that we have been getting calls from another number(845-694-7045 from Spring Valley NY) from a company called All About the Baby.  When they called again this morning I called back and told them we were retired and there were no babies at our house.  Two hours later we get a call from 412-528-1982 asking if we need Senior Emergency Medical Alert systems.  Could the two be related???  The 412 number is in Sewickley, PA.

Received call from this number.No message. Assume it is part of an integrated scam between debt collector's and telemarketers. Government is either powerless or complicit.

This number called my cell  12/28 at 11:45 am and 12/6 at 1:45 PM. I only use my phone for emergencies so I know it's a phone spammer.

This number calls me alot during the week, but they call my cell phone. How the hell did they get my cell phone number??? I never pick up and today I googled the number and found this link. I'm 24 and I dont need medical services just yet if thats what they are selling

Thanks Larry , never able to catch them. your info helped . not sure how to file with DNS but will make an effort to do so.want to ask a ? . i get calls on my cell phone all the time from a certain person asking for Jessica Lopez then says "If this isnt Jessica Lopez please hang up. " then goes on and on. trying to collect money . had that number for 13 years. Now i just got a land line a couple months ago that is unlist and get the same call there. wondered if you or anyone else gets these calls...  thanks again Garry

??? how can they call from a number not in service?

These people are outright going against the Do Not Call List which would make me more apt to believe they are out to SCAM and Steal from Senior Citizens instead of actually being a legitimate business. They are just RoboDialing..Report them and Warn any elderly people to IMMEDIATELY HANG UP.
