Got a call from "Service Department".

Call but did not understand.

Received from "Service Department" twice this morning. Left no message.

This is a telemarketing company that is pushing home security systems. You know the pitch: "Get the installation and all the equipment free. All it will cost you is a sign in your front yard and the monthly monitoring fees."

They do have an option of "pressing 2" and get your name added to the do not call list.

They called me I chose their speak to a rep option. the rep claimed that he represented GE, I asked to speak to his manager his manager claimed to represent Monophonics. I can find no monophonics security company. This is a bs operation that is so crooked that they can not give the same company name 2x and when you call them back have no way to reach their company just a generic opt out recording.

This is not even a company, it is another scum ball working out of his house.  More trash that should put so much energy towards a job.

I JUST got a call from this "scumbag" organization.  I did not answer.  IMMEDIATELY (less than a minute) after this call I got a call from 4178002357, the "Lower Interest" people.  I sure they are the same con men.

None - they did not reply when I answered

I am logging all calls in detail and looking forward to $1500/per call damages when I sue.  So please, keep calling and I will keep cross-referencing numbers, messages, and recordings.  More calls = more detail = more opportunity.  Bring it on.  We are on the DNC list, have an unlisted number that we never release except to very trusted people.  *57 after each call initiates a call trace.

It is probably Monotronics one that will set up a home security system for you. Then theywill sell your contract to ADT

Caller ID just said Pittsburg PA, left no message

This is another annoying telemarketer. I blocked it on my android phone using a free app called "Call Control". I didn't realize how many spam-calls I had been receiving until I installed this app. It has blocked 9 unwanted calls in the last 24 hours. Disclaimer: I am only an end user and not part of the company that makes this software.

I did not answer.  Called Fri. 4:34PM

"service department". Shows on phone.  No human ever speaks.

I got a call at 10:22am, so minutes ago from posting.  Same caller Id "Service Department".   I saw the "412" prefix, did not answer.   But then the robo-caller used almost two minutes of my recordable message space to leave basically an info-mercial.    


So, every 15 seconds there is a home break-in...How frequently are telephone scams attempted?

I just got a call from that phone number.  They said  they have a warning from the FBI about break ins.  I hanged up. Wish they could stop these calls.

stop these calls.  i get them about every other day, sometimes twice a day.

Simple.....I've got their EXACT GPS  coorinates and they are not in 412. They bought a "package" from a another "carrier". They will get a visit in about a few days  and THEN they will know they can't continue
this crap! The carrier and they will pay the price. BYE!!!!

Have received as many as three calls each day from this number, designated as Search Dept.  No one on the other end.  No message.  Wish best luck to Jack's efforts.
