Please look for another bank if you ever happen to be in your life need a loan or any types of financial assistance. Not only that this Bank just kind of money sucker machine.  They want to draw as money they can from your pocket. I received 1000 calls in a day from this number (You know one of those automated caller machine), but every time I answered, immediately been disconnected. You know what is so funny, it was just for not to have my auto insurance information in their file. Even though, I have provided them my insurance information four times past six months. They have all kinds of backdoor setup with car dealerships, and business organization and that is way I was end of up with PNC bank. In my past I had several auto loans and never had as such un-professional caller in my life. CEO of this bank even doesn’t have life although he claims 20 millions of bonuses last year. We all have some kind of share of that bonus.  Those people don't have life and that is why they want to make our life miserable as well. They are made with stone. So if you have a 2nd choice, please never get a loan from this Bank again. Otherwise they will call you even 9 o'clock in the evening.

Never do any kind of business with this bank. All they want your money, so end of the year they can rock with bonuses.

Don't answer. It's a PNC bank. they want your business. Never ever get a loan from this bank. They will put a knife in your throat for money.

this man call everyday for the past two weeks.  MOST OF THE TIME HANDING UP.

This number comes back to PNC Bank where they call you as short as one day after the due day despite having a ten-day grace period.  It appears to be a sign of the times where the banks are calling, despite a perfect record, to keep swelling their numbers.

Worthless pieces of garbage!

I work for a business and they constantly call her and then hang up. It is the most annoying thing ever especially when you are trying to run a business. We don't even use this bank so I have no diea why they are constantly calling. As soon as we answer, the line is disconnected!!

Constantly receiving calls from this number all hours of the day for at least 7 days.

This is from PNC Consumer Services. They do collection calls and also promotional calls. Their collectors are very rude and unethical. No matter what you tell them, they do not make any notes on their system, as a result, you keep getting called.

These [***] call 6 times a day. When I pick up, usually there is no one there. last night my hubby answered and there was a man on the line, asking for me. I answer the phone and no one is there! That was at 8:35PM. Then at *30 AM this morning, I get another call. Still no answer. Everything we owe is paid up and have never been late with any bill. I have no idea who these [***] are or what they want. But I will reregister on the do not call list and if that fails, I will put a call into my atty. and hope they can get the calls to stop!

Collections for PNC bank. If you have a loan with them and go 1 day past the due date (but not past the grace period) they will start calling at least once per hour between 8 AM and 9 PM (may vary state to state, depending on laws.) My advice is do not answer the phone, they will say whatever they think will get you to arrange a payment over the phone. I have had them tell me that there is no grace period, even though it is spelled out on the contract I signed. At one point they dug up my father's cell phone number and started harassing him even though he has no connection to the loan, and it took a cease and desist letter from his attorney to get them to stop calling.

I should add here that I have never gone past the grace period, however in recent months they have leveled threats at me that they have no legal authority to carry out - including saying they would have my utilities turned off, my home foreclosed on, my bank accounts frozen and my driver's license suspended if I did not arrange a payment over the phone. If you're looking for a bank, or any financial service, stay as far away as possible from PNC. As soon as I am able to pay off my auto loan or refinance with another institution I will be severing all ties with PNC.

8 calls today alone, finally left a message (recorded, of course) its important to call PNC before 9 pm at 800-642-6323.  Right!  Jump right on that...I have never had any affiliation with this bank, so most likely they are calling for the deadbeats who had my phone # SIX YEARS AGO. Idiots at work

They called me 5 times this morning within 2 hours without leaving a message.  I finally answered the last one and told them to stop calling me.  The person on the other end said, "But we really need to talk to you." I hung up. So annoying.

I did verbally tell them off since my payment was late and he argued with me so I called the bank here in Elkhart, IN. and spoke with Veronica and didn't get a whole lot done but she said she would make a call for me as I stated it is harassment and I would go over above and beyond all means to get this harassment stopped including using my phone records and statement date against them. I use the BBB and it really work's as you must prove everything as I do and I also use the attorney general when possible too. I am glad I closed all 4 account's with them as I won't put up with this kinda crap and nor should you.

im only 12 and this number has called my textplus number before and just called my home phone

These people call 5+ times a day! My bill is only 4 days past the due date and not the grace period. Despite calling pnc and notifying that a payment is in the mail they still continue to call.  For your own sanity DO NOT get a loan from these people! You are better off walking to your destination. The idiots that call you do not care about you, your financial situation or any thing else for that matter  they are pure scum!!

these [***] called me saying Im 2 months behind called the bank & they said we are current do what I do they want to call & harras call them back & harras them

I receive multiple calls a day from this number, every day of the week, including Sunday, starting about 7am & going on until 10pm or so.  They never leave a message.  I have an account with PNC but I have talked to them so I don't know why I am getting calls.

I do not have an account with PNC and have no idea why they are calling me, I am on a do not call list.
