Large collection agency with offices all over the US.  They will call you several times a day and at night, all from different numbers and different states.

I've received several calls from this number. When I pick up they hang up.

this number calls non stop all day.

I get called by this number numerous times a day. A few times I did answer, they hung up. Just like someone else mentioned. I want the calls to stop. They call from about 8am to 9pm at night. It's very, very annoying. They never leave a message either.

This company is ridiuclous.  They are non stop even when you answer the phone and give them an answer as to when you can pay or if you can't.  I spoke to them 1/2/13 in the afternoon explained the situation told them when I would be able to pay they noted my account but yet they keep calling non stop from all different numbers..  There are notes in there system I confirmed it today when I answered yet again but they keep on calling.  Really ticks me off and there should be a law against how many times a day and week they can call trying to collect a debt..

Answered the call to no response and an eventually hang-up.  Called back and got a very pleasant operator who looked up my number, gave me a name they were looking for who was clearly not me, and said she'd remove my number from their system.  We'll see how that goes.

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours.
