Yeah they called me too....weird o_O

Yankee Home Improvement.  We met them at BJs and they actually did some good work for us.  They are a legitimate company, and would not be cold calling.  If you ask them to remove your number from their list, they will.

I called them - YANKEE HOME IMPROVEMENT - on my cell to save on long distance on my land line BUT I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM To **ONLY** Call me back on my landline.  They DON'T seem to LISTEN or FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TOO WELL, so I think I'm going to DROP them from my list of potential home improvement companies.

Also, I called a day in advance to CANCEL an appointment because an immediate family member had gone into Hospice Care that day.  "Matt" said "Oh, Really?" like his didn't believe me.  The family member passed away the next day (day of the appt.)  NICE ATTITUDE for a family in crisis and grief.

They are Not too professional.  Not going to do business with them.
