Got a call from this number. Not sure who Barry Tastic is. No answer when I tried to return the message.

Got a call from them, saying they can reduce my credit card % rate. They said "you owe over 3,000 on your visa, correct?" to which i replied "i dont know you tell me", the indian accented man on the other end then laughed and hung up. i called back with no answer. i believe they were fishing to get account info.

I just got a call from them and called them on another line while their recording was playing and got no answer.

Definitely a phishing scam.

Just received call from this number, recording said it was from my credit card company wanting to lower % rate.  If interested hit 1, if you don't want to receive these calls anymore hit 2.  I hit 2 and it sent me to their call center (sounded like they were Indian) wanting to confirm that I wanted to lower % rate.  Asked me to confirm % rate was over 10%.  I asked who they were and he said Credit Card Services representing, Chase, Union Bank and Wells Fargo to help lower interest rate on VISA and MasterCard.  I asked him how he got my phone number since I didn't have VISA or Mastercard and he hung up on me.

Received a phone call from this number with no voice mail left by the caller.  I didn't call back.  After reading these posts, I'm quite glad that I didn't call back.  So much for national do not call lists; but considering the re-route to overseas, I assume it's a sneaky way around our United States regulations.  I do wonder if it's VOIP with a false U.S. number to give the false sense of a caller from Massachusetts.  On the other hand, if there is a phone number tie in with MA, thanks utility regulators in that commonwealth.  Of course, some calls centers overseas are legitimate.  In the end, I guess people have nothing more to do then try and pump you for your personal information, so you can be a fraud victim who tries to deal with crimes committed in, oh say, India.  Cheers and keep your personal information private!

Just received a call from this number, said it was Heather from Account Services wanting to lower % rate.  Since I pay credit card in full each month, I hung up on them.

Received a call from this number and ignored it, but Caller ID noted it was from a Berry Plastics. Glad I also didn't answer and they did not leave a message either.
