They keep calling me, they leave threatening messages stating that I'm under investigation for internet fraud. They have American names but can hardly  speak english. I know they're fake because I don't buy or use my credit card online for anything but bill paying. I'm still waiting on that "federal officer" to show up at my house from three weeks ago. I've had several calls, as well as the fact that they've contacted my ex-husband searching for me.

I just received the sam haraasing call. These people know my social security number and my home address. They claim I have a lawsuit against me for a cash advance loan. First of all I nbever have taken out a cash advance loan and second they cant even give me a point of contact at the company. I am trying to figure out how I can stop them from calling me.

received the same call threatening me.  When I called them back and told them I knew they were scamming people they asked for my number so they could remove it from the data base.  ITDIOTS

some guy name richard clark w/ a foreign accent call gave the last 4digitsof my social and said this call is in regard to a cash advance that i know nothing about who are these people frn drnc law firm in mass...

hey everybody  we  got  the  same call  what  can  we  do  about  this we almost fell for til they said i took out a loan that never happend thats when i realize it was bull but guess what????this m.f have our drivers licesence and bank number

They keep calling my job, but I put my job on alert that these are scam artists, so they just take a message. How can I stop them from calling?

I to am being harrassed by these guys. I also believe that they are linked to phone numbers 252-232-7516 and 202-470-5010. I need a number for the FBI. Pretty sure it's a money laundering scam.

I keep getting calls also.  I want to find out who they are so they can be prosecuted.

Very threatening message from a law firm for a co-worker who no longer works in my office.  Before tracking her down I called back to see what the deal was.  I unfortunately gave my name when asked and then placed on hold.  I had an uneasy feeling and hung up.  I googled the number which led me to this website.  This is what i should've done in the first place!  Now the jerks have my name too which i stupidly gave.

I received a message from someone at this number saying I needed to have my attorney call them because I was being suited. I din't call back until I got the same message on my work voicemail. When I called back they said I owned on a cash advance 'that I have never taken out' when I asked for proof he hung up on me. I called back several times asking for the company name and address and they kept hanging up in my face. the last time I called the man was very rude, when I asked to their information he played music in my ear and said that was the company name and address, when he started saying that he will EAT MY P**** (Adults you know what that means) then he hung up on me. I'm very upset about this and want to know how I can find out who this is so I can persuit it father. If anyone has any information please let us know about it. I don't know what personal information they have on me but I'm not stopping here.

I just received the same phone call from the same nasty people.  This person said he was from the Attorney General's office.  I asked which state and he said Massachusetts.  I asked for a State ID number and he refused and wanted to transfer me to someone named Reese Taylor.  I got the number from him and called him back.  I talked with Reese Taylor and he wanted my phone number and when I told him he already had it he got angry with me.  I finally hung up on him.

This idiots dial my number everyday, about 50 times per day, and per phone (work & mobile). I finally answered and found out why they were calling. I am supposedly involved in lawsuit for money I owe to a payday loan lender. Now I have used a few payday lenders before, BUT since I've had the same bank account for nearly 5 years and keep track of everything, I can produce all documents that were affiliated with those loans. So once I told this ignorant banchee with a horrible accent, that's when he hung up. I proceeded to call them another 40 times (all of which they hung up on me) to harrass them they way they've harrassed me for the last month or so.

Someone named Angel Jones keeps calling for my Grandaughter saying her Social Security number is being investigated and there is a lawsuit pending against her. Ms Jones extension is 91007. I called it but that extension is not available. No surprise!

ok, i know this may sound bad, but i am going to ask anyone who has had these calls if you can please email me with any of the last few places that you have applied for credit,, i am not asking for anything personal, i only want to see if there is a link between a credit off and these phone calls,, i know that recently i have applied at Reliable Credit and Pheonix Financial (both based in the inland northwest). my email address is kman83858@gmail.com maybe we can get down to the bottum of this.

These jerks have called me phone and work number and even told my co-worker she had a sexy voice and sounded like his girlfriend. If it were a real agency they would never talk like that! They can call all they want, I hope their Karma bites them in the [***]

It is a SCAM, google 'payday loan collection scam' for more info and similar stories.

They call me and say I am under investigation for credit card fraud. They know my social security number and name. I just hung up on them.
