I have been getting calls from this number.

Its a scam next time they call tell them you know that this is a scam and if they ever call your phone again you will turn them in to the police.

I get a call stating I owe money for a loan I never got, the police are coming today to arrest me (over a $250 loan??? yeah right). I call back and am told the money is owed because I did not unsubscribe to a website. The caller is claiming to be with a law firm, I ask for the name and address to check with the Better Business Bureau and get hung up on right after he called me a piece of s^%$.

I had a threatening message left on my work email last night from this number.  The man could barely speak English so most of what he said I could not understand. I think he said his name was Robinson. I have tried to call the number and can only get a busy signal.

This person got serious with me said he had 3 counts against me and if this supposed loan is not payed i would spend time in jail. I told him this that I would check with my bank and call him back tomarrow. I checked with my bank and I never received a loan from American cash.

Same as the others, threating to send me to jail, charging $5,000 in legal fees plus the loan amount of $8,000 (now $786.16 after the third call).  Sending legal papers to Attorney General Pam Bondi and others (ha).  I worked them good until they got flustered and hung up.  Called them back, worked them over, they hung up again.  Called a third time, the foreign fellow gave a name of Tom Stevens of Slade and Davis Law firm.  Got him really frustrated.  He told me to call on Monday if I didn't get "the papers." I plan to call on Monday (413-752-0501), ah, what a great stress reliever (lol)

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AT 2:38PM TODAY AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. SIMILAR SITUATION AS AMANDA, CALLED AND SAID THAT THEY WERE FROM A LAW FIRM, AND THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME. CALLER NAME: ALLEN WATSON, I HAD A CO-WORKER PRETEND HE WAS AN UNDERCOVER FBI AGENT,TO TELL THIS PERSON THAT THEY WERE BEING RECORDED AND THAT THEY HAVE THE CALL TRACED

Left a rude message that I could really understand.

I received phone calls at my place of employment from this same number as everyone else. They were very rude and spoke barely any English. They said that I received a loan from American Cash loan and that I would be fined 8000 dollars if found guilty. I never received such loans and confirmed this with my bank. My question to everyone is did any legal action occur after refusing to pay them money?

received a call from this same number on my job for my daughter and she had a loan of $700 and that she could give 150 as a start.  the person gave the name of Robin Waders from a law firm and spoke indian but could not make out the law firm name.  he said he was going to send a police officer out to my job to investigate.

Just recieved 3 back to back calls on my cell and a voicemail at work. They left a message saying that this is a legal matter and I needed to call back. It was a woman who barely spoke any english and said her name was Erica. I knew right away that is was a scam. I ha a co-worker call the number back and tell them that she was with the local police department and that they were tracing the phone call and that if they did not stop with the harrassing phone calls they would press charges against them. Needless to say they hung up very quickly. We have tried calling the number back several times but now it just rings and rings with no answer. Just harrass them back these people will never learn.

Please please don't ever send these people money!! No one will ever call and harrass you the way these people do! IF A CREDITOR REALLY WANTED TO COLLECT A DEBT FROM YOU THEY WOULD TRY TO CONTACT YOU BY MAIL AND CALLING IF THEY NEVER GOT AHOLD OF YOU THEY WOULD HAVE YOU SERVED WITH COURT DOCUMENTS

No legal action will occur with these phone calls. In fact, my husband called them pretending to return a message. He made up a name and phone number and surprise he owes them money too. My husband was then told "we are a law firm so we can not accept payment, but all you have to do to take care of this bill is go to your local CVS, or Walgreens and get a prepaid credit card...." Its a total scam.
