Got a call from this number and a foreigner left a message saying me or my attorney needs to call and if not he wishes me good luck!! I know nobody from Wisconsin nor have I been there in the last 10 years and I don't take kindly to threats

I got call from this number stating I have a lawsuit from cash net USA.... I called cash net a they informed me that I do not have a loan out with them and that number that called me is a fraudulent number.... Be aware please!!!! These people had the nerve to threat me.... This is not going down!!!!

I  got a call  from a foreign digital voice asking me or my attorney to  contact him immediately, if I  do not then he wishes me good luck.

This number called me and left a message saying that I need to contact him, if I don't he wishes me good luck. This guy also called my work number. Is this a scam?

Got a call from 414-409-6040 saying there was a lawsuit against me and I needed to contact them so one of their attorneys could help me resolve wouldn't have known any different except I had the same thing happen yesterday uust a different number and "company

Got a call on my job ,my supervisor handed the phone # and said it was some law firm wanting me to call back. At this number 414-409-6040. are they for real!!

Mines was also similar stating he was mike.

Got the same message saying this issue is "time pressed" and if I don't call back he wishes me good luck. This losers name was David Fernandez. I called back and he said I had a lawsuit for $8,000 form Cash USA. I told him I don't know what he was talking about and he said he knew my social security number and workplace. I again stated this must be a mistake and he said I  "will be arrested". Never had a loan out so obviously a scam.

I keep getting phone calls from the number 414 409 6040, It is some guy that hardly speaks english, he threatened me with arrest and will not tell me the company who hired him. He used the name Michael s
Smith as well as other names which i recognize the voice, its the same man every time, He called my job on a friday and told me i needed to be seen in front of a judge the next day, mind you that would be Saturday or I'd be arrested. He called me twice this morning and will not stop. He threatened me again this morning with legal action. As I said he will not give me the name of the company I supposedly owe money to. I am in the middle of a bankruptcy and I do believe its one of the creditors who sold a debt to another. I look up the number and get no law offices with this number. I told him today I will report him and he threatened again to take legal action. What can I do to stop his phone calls, he is harassing me?

I have received several calls from this number from someone named Eric,Chevette, and Michael. Same message left as othes have posted.I called back and talked to Eric and told him to stop calling my phone and he told me" to get lost". I would really like to know how to get these calls to stop.

I got a call from this number and it's a threatening call that I owe some pay day loan 400.00 and that if I don't pay it I will be getting arrested within 21 days if I don't pay it. They sound foreign and it's from Oak View lawfirm from Wisconsin. The phony company they are representing is US Cash payday loan.  You can google this company and there's is a lot of complaints with the BBB and they are not able to locate this company. Just beware out there.

Got a call from this number with the same story line. Who is this?

i have been getting bthese calls from this foriegn guy saying that i owe 8,000$ which i do not owe anyone that kind of money he said i owed a payday loan company and that he was in sum law firm this is a big scam which i,ve already reported and still in the process of reporting even further i also asked this guy why he was trying to collect money from me and at the last words he said to me was that he was supporting pakistan terrisom so im now in the process of reporting this guy to the fullest extent possible

Please be aware. The same thing happen to me today on my cell and my job. The person Adam called my cell had to be 10 times today but only leftthe message about I had a lawsuit to call back and if not good luck. Then called my job. Since I was at work and in shock and Everyone listening got his name and num and ask where he was from and hung up. When I took a break I put in *67 which it wouldn't go through. Then I called straight through the guy answered but didn't answer using Oakview Law firm like he told me. I ask who he washe said let me call you back and hung up. I called back and he said I will call you back and hung up. Then he called me back and ask my nameand SSI and I didn't confirm but told him to stop calling me and that I have called my Uncle who is an Attorney to find out who he is. I said what co are you and he didn't say. I told him to never call my job again or me and he got loud and said I better take care of this. I hung up. His number was 414-386-2323. He hasn't called back but if so how can I stop this??????
