I received a message on October 09, 2012 around 2:30 pm.  Saying that I need a lawyer because I was in a sue case.  I had the same call last week and they took me for $2000.00 by a money pack card.  That they said that I didn't pay or I should have not paid a bill to the bill collectors but to them.  They both have forgien accents.

I received a similar call today at 1:09PM. Did you pay them? Did you contact your local authorities?

I received two calls.  One @work from "Daniel" Smith and the other on my cell from "Mark" Smith.  Periodically these foreigner's call and make threats yet nothing happens.  I see they're calling from a different number today.  I've recorded/saved both messages and called them back and told them they better not ever call me again.  If I'm not mistaken, as it's been quite sometime, they (Mark & Daniel are the same person) just make their threatening check in call regarding an illegal payday loan which has been paid off.  They are likely upset as I sent them a letter stating this fact and quoting all the laws.  LOL.  I'm so scared.

I have been getting calls from them every other month or so for the last few months. I just got this call today saying that I better call back or have my attorney to call them or  they will get me. I'm in some kind of trouble and what have you. They have called my job several times. they all have basic American names but are foreigners. Anybody have any Ideals how to get them to stop??? I've spoke on the phone with one of them and they refused to give me the name of their company or what was the actual bill that I owe.

I've Also been receiving calls from that number saying the same things about $695.00 dollars to saying that i was going to spend my time in jail they called me around 5:00 pm. wensday and saying get a money pack voucher.

as well they have been calling me this pass three weeks saying if you doing pay they will send you to Jail I am tired of it really how can you stop them

They called for someone named Kimlita Davis.  I can bearly understand what they said except that they were from a law office and I had better call them back right away.  I have been getting calls for this Kimlita person but before it was for loans.  I did call them back to let them know they had wrong person but didn't provide my name.

people this is true they are trying to collect money  from us that we don't even old them and they are asking for money packs such as green dot and money vouchers. and they say if we don't pay they will send the law  and arrest you. and i am seriously tire of their calls. and why are they trying to get money from us that's the question look up american cash . com and you will find that page saying different loan companies and others look it up

I asked what company was it from and he said American Cash but if you look up America Cash online but its different companies. He stated he was from Anderson and Thompson Legal Associates and name was Ben Evans. He said go to Walmart and pay it by green dot money pack.

but how do we get them back and be careful as well because a female can call you saying where is the money. really how can we get them back. a give them a taste of their own scam people the area code for that is 414 which means it is coming from chicago  and wisconsin google it  and you will find a whole bunch of information on that number look through all off them. no lie it will show you the map too

alright people it is time to fight back against these people because they is not going to stop. lets not give up and why are they trying to get money. get every information on them. lets fight back them time is now or never people.

I have gotten a message along those lines also.  A foreigner says he is from "Anderson & Thompson Associates".  (414-716-1326). He said his name was Eric Gibson I think.  He says he needs my attorney on record and not to disregard this message.  He said that if I didn't return the call he "wishes me good luck as the situation unfolds on me".

don't let that scare you any longer its a scam i was just like you scared but then one day of this past week i've looked up their phone number. that number is not parts of our state. google it and look at all the information. and it will as well show you the part of the map and state too look at every last site and look up america cash to and you will find it leads to many different companies  don't let them fool  you any more fight them back

the person i spoke with name was "chris walker" said that he worked for a law firm of Anderson & Thompson and associates. The Person that left me a message was a "anthony miller" they said they werent trying to collect any money, but the were filing suit against me for fraud etc etc. for a loan that i never recieved! they had my bank acct info. claiming their client was American cash. Both people had accents.

alright people their main goal is to obtain the money that's all they want don't give it to them if you do you will put your self into a trap that you will never get out of. and that people will give them a doorway too calling your job and your homes and business companies. don't do it please find away to fight them back and i've also wonder where are all these pranks frauds scams are coming from any way them must be coming from a building that they are hiding their selves.

These people with accents called me saying I was going to get arrested if I didnt pay $125 I called my local police dept and they told me not to worry its a scam call my phone company and block they #

my boss told me yesterday that they called and said that  they were going to send the law wednesday and i told it am nothing but a scam I have warned a lot of people yesterday of it as well and if they where going to send the police they would have been came for me.
