they just called me about something

Received a phone call from same number. no idea where it is from or who it is.

These people call me,  I haver never answered in time.  When I try calling back, it gets disconnected after 1 second.

calls everday and hangs up on me and answering machine, why bother calling?

The phone number is a marketing call. 4147554720.......  These people were looking to design my website. However the information below is what they emailed me. I did not provide any other information. Joe

I have received calls from this # several times....they never leave a message but I tried to return the call and got what sounded like a fax machine.

Caller ID said "Calling Service," which was a red flag to me.  In response to my standard question, "Are you selling or soliciting?" he said they weren't selling anything.  Then he wanted to know if I had trouble walking so they could provide me with a power chair.  I said, no thanks and hung up. He did not give a company name.

Received this call and they starting speaking Mexican - Spanish -.  Read some comments and they say that if you gave them any information, you had better report it to any financial institution that you may have.
I did not give them any information, as I could not understand what they were saying.

A man asked if I was Mrs. so and so. He said he had good news for me (in a pitiful voice)...I qualified for a free wheel chair. I responded loudly, "You've got to be kidding me!! I just returned from the tennis court and certainly don't need a wheel chair!" As I hung up, I could still hear him talking.

I got a call from this number and it was something about a medical program.
Hung up on him.

I have received a series of phone calls from 414-755-4720, the person called my business and identified himself as "calling from B.I.C Security" and that he needed to "do a security update" on my "credit card machine"....etc.  Definitely a scam.  Be aware

Male voice, slight Hispanic accent, said his company was conducting "medical research" in my area. I said "no, thank you" and hung up. Others report that company offers to get wheelchairs. Seem to be targeting senior citizens.

Woman called and asked for "Miss Dolores". Dolores is my elderly mother. I said she was napping and the woman (with an asian accent) said "Thank You" and immediately hung up.  After reading the earlier reports I wonder if she was going to be offered a power chair, a website design or a credit card machine security upgrade!

The caller said she was calling for Mr or Mrs B. (she knew our name).  When I said this is Mrs B.  she asked me if Mr. B. is a diabetic.  I hung up.

Same thing here. They knew my name and ask if I was diabetic. They said they were a medicare company or some such.

this number called me from my parents business(i never give this number out) and tolled me i owed $300! definitly scam!

Got a call from this number was a accented man asking for my husband.  Says calling service on caller ID.  I think it a scam trying to sell something.

Proweaver are crooks they lured me in with a price of 495.00 to build my website and they took 1800.00 without asking me they said my site will be up and running in 14 days and 2 years later it's not ready i want a refund but they don't answer my calls or return a call now they are crooks thieves scam artists name it go there get screwed!!!!!!!!!!Patty, Alex, Veronica and Amanda these are the crooks I dealt with everyone complain on ComplaintsBoard and BBB about them they need a taste of their own medicine
