A man claim he work for IRS, asking to pay tax debt over phone *his number r 415-251-8080* I had contact local law enforcement and this is a SCAM please look out for family and friend fom all this dirtbag.

Left two messages with same information that is suspect about IRS Litigation.  Very strange and totally unsolicited.

He says his name is James Alexander and wanted to speak with me or my attorney about an IRS issue but these claims are false there has got to be a way to stop these unwanted calls and get compensated for the harassement that these people subject us to. How can we fight these people back even though we haven't sent them any money there still has to be a way to bring this mess to an end

Received a 2nd message today from a male with a heavy accent by the name of Jack Swaggert (?) asking to return his call at his Hotline 415-251-8080...oh please give me a break.

Got a call from this number yesteday, Calvin Jones. left the message to call immmediatly.  I called the number back.  They had my address and phone number and insited I owed the IRS money and that I would be arrested today if I did not pay this debt for fraudulently claiming Earned Income Credit. (which I have never filed this tax credit). They said numberous letter were sent to my address, and retunred undeliverable (they had wrong zip code).  However, when I asked who I need to pay this debt to....their response was the IRS.  
So, naturally I called the IRS to find out that I do not owe and back taxes. The IRSA gave me a number to report this to

I received the exact same call yesterday. The man had such a heavy accent that i couldn't really understand what he was saying, but I did make out that he was talking about taxes and making threats about litigation. I hope some confused, older person doesn't get caught by this piece of @@@@ scammer!  I am reporting this!

Hey same here ....even i got a cal from someone names kevin jones and heu says he has a case against me from irs.....which was really shocking....i am totally a housewife andhave nthing to do with tax....so please spare me you stupid kevin jones....get lost and he asked me to give him a call back at 415-251-8080

Scam claiming to be with IRS Eric Jones

I just got 9 calls in a row from these guys.  When I did pick up, a lady in a gravelly voice who was pretty hard to understand gets on claiming she's Sean Harley from the IRS and that my wife has some 'deficiencies' and can she speak to our lawyer.  She left the same call back number 415-251-8080 and told me ask for Michael Carter with a case number in this format XXX-XXX.  

I could barely understand the guy but he was calling for someone else and made the threats about IRS taxes and legal action. I'm reporting this to the IRS.

Got a call from this number yesterday (415-251-8080) for the IRS mitigation department said I owe IRS deficiency from my income tax, name is  Dex Waggner I could barely understand the message,  left the message to call immmediatly.  I called the number back and told me he need to talk to my lawyer, call back 2nd time and ask for Dex Waggner he immediately hang up on me.  Watch out for this phone # (415-251-8080) its a scam, I will report this to the IRS, FBI and FTC. as I am on the do not call list.  

I got phone from this number 415-251-8080 said he calling from IRS investigation dept. Gave me reference number for my husband to call back. Gave his name as Shawn Harley.

I got a message from this mother f and his name is John Davis idiot can't even speak english I hope he is reading this I am having his phone bugged and tracking him

Just received a voice mail from this number. Could barely understand the man. Stated he needed to talk to Mike my ex-husband) regarding a Tax discrepancy. Wanted him to call back and gave a reference number and his name as Jerry Brown.

My call was from "Jerry Brown" as well. I thought he was drunk at first, then I thought that maybe he was mentally challenged.
He was very difficult to understand, but I did make out the works taxes, legal action, and the phone number and reference number. The first thing I did was Google the number, and as it turns out,...he is mentally challenged. (No offense intended to others)

Just got the same call today.  

I called San Francisco PD and they said they are well aware about the case.  The call was made from India and just routed using a 415 area code.  I asked the dispatcher why those numbers are not shut down.  The dispatcher said they tried but there is no way to shut them since it is just routed from India.  He asked everyone encounter the situation to put it on the internet, FB, any other social medias and tell everyone you know don't fall into it and becomes the scam victim.

Just got a call from James Brown.... SO glad I Google the phone # and found this site!!  I was beginning to believe them.  I let James Brown leave me a message, then called the # back after I heard the message.  I started to suspect something was up when a woman answered the call right away..  No automatic message at all.  She explained to me that I will be arrested tomorrow if I do not pay in full.  I guess I will wait to see if I am arrested tomorrow!  Wow!!!!  Someone really needs to get these people to stop this!

I received a call from James Brown at this #4152518080. He left message saying that I owed money to IRS and I needed to call him back and NOT to disregard the message. He was very hard to understand. heavy accent, from India maybe. When I called back, Ann answered. She told me that I owed over $6,000 to the IRS. That they had sent 2 letters in the mail and both had been returned to them. She told me I was scheduled to be arrested tomorrow for none payment. Then stated I could pay today to avoid that. She had a very heavy accent as well. And sounded very professional, direct, with no emotion. I hung up with her and called the IRS to check my account, which is fine. Called 4152518080 back and stated that "this is a scam, DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN" Ann just said "yes ma'am" and hung up!

Same call. Same name given. Did someone investigating and turns out it's a magicjack number.
