hung up before being answered

I've gotten a call from this number a few times and when I answer, there is no response.

I have at least 6 calls/day from 415-278-9709.  If I answer they hang up.  I tried to call them and I get a busy signal.
On phone to Quest to block number.

The phone rings only 3 times, and if I answer before the third ring, there's no voice or message.

Caller rings regularly. The phone rings 3 times, I don't pick up, and there is no voice message.

I called them.  It answers as New Points Media.  I'm filing a do not call complaint.

They call several time a day and it rings 2-3 times and they hang up.  I am sick of them

I got a few calls from them and I finally called them back. It is News Media and they have an answering machine so if you say your phone number they will take you off their list.

This is from "Your Voice Media".  They do charitable fundraising.

What is the object to this call.  What do they want.
Are they selling, serving, soliciting, scheming or scamming?

they call all different times during the day and evening. NO ONE is their.I hang up

1-415-278-9709 has been calling my cell for weeks.  Sometimes several times a day.  There is never anyone there when I answer.  When I call that number it is busy.  They never leave a message.

Repeated calls from this number, ANNOYING!! I finally called it back and got message:  thank you for calling Your Voice Media, if you are returning our call, please hang up and we will try you again later, HOWEVER, if you want to be placed on our no call list, please say your 10 digit phone number slowly, you will be taken off our call list in 24 hours...  I left my number, we'll see...

They call late at night when my kids are asleep and I can't let it just ring.  I pick up and no one is there. I a call back and the message is a big "gotta cha, you are screwed and can do nothing about it."

Call the number on this link: (415) 613-4921 and you'll get an answer--it's the owner's personal cell phone, I think.  I instructed him to remove my number from his list, and I suspect he'll do it.  If he fails, I'll be happy to ring him again EVERY time I get another call.  :-)

Like the others, I am being called by some seriously sick programmer.

Call frequently.  I don't answer.  Will *60 to block number.
