This "company" keeps calling me about some bill that I supposedly owe.  If I don't Western Union amount to someone in FLA, a sheriff will be coming to my door.  They called me 3X today.  Different voices, American-sounding names, Indian (?) accents.  Very pushy.

i am having the same problem with this person but i have filed a complaint with the federal trade commission as well as with the CA state attorneys office

East Indian Accent, sounding very robotish like he is reading from a script.  He makes threats like "your social security number has been reported to us and you will be arrested etc., etc." They are definitely a collection company and it appears that now they too have outsourced to India.  Harrassment in it's pureset form.

another message.  again identifying himself as "peter jackson" but with a distinct indian accent.  another legal matter that will put me in jail if i don't call him back.  who are these people.

Same issue as all posted - very demanding very Indian or Pakistanian
a suit against my SS no.  I think scam artists trying to scare US citizens.

they call me for the last 3 days and  they told me i owe money from a payloan and i have not had a bank account in 3 years and i called any they hang up on me

this very Indian-sounding man keeps calling my cell phone -- he says I have to pay money right away -- he says there is a lawsuit against me -- he says many reasons why I need to pay him money.  It is very upsetting.  I am on the do-not-call list and still I am getting these kinds of calls.  I need to find out how to report his and his scam buddies and how to stop these calls!  Beware of any calls coming from this number -- do not answer!!!

The heavy accent man called me to tell me I have an outstanding payday loan, which is not true, then he said the police will be coming to arrest me then when I did not believe him he started speaking vulgar and cursing at me. This is the biggest scam and I hope no one falls for this scam> How can we stop them they call my cell phone at least 20 times per day.

They called me again today last week it was $353.00 now today just give them $100.00, seriously this has to be stopped!!!!!! This is harrasment in the highest form!  He even called me a criminal and said have fun in jail you b$#@%!
