they called 13 times just this week but its been going on for months, each time i call and tell them to stop and I am on the do not call list which they ignore, they tell me I signed up to be a Nascar fan, I hate racing, I have never watched a race nor have I ever signed up for anything having to do with racing, then he says that someone must have signed me up, I tell him no one I know would do this without asking me, everyone knows how I feel about my info being given out due to identity theft in the past, so he then says he will remove my name, which I have been told this before also, how much you want to bet they call again today! then he says they are nascar. I say no you are media synergy, he then says Nascar told them if anyone ask they are to say they are calling from Nascar, then I hung up

My husband signed up for something at a booth last summer and now they call every damned day!

We never signed up for any NASCAR thing, and this number calls every single day! It is so obnoxious!

They call here several times a day and when I answer no one says anything. I say Hello several times and nothing back??? What is this number?

Exact same thing is happening to me!  They call everyday and never say a word!!!

I have been getting calls from this number for about 3 weeks now. Sometimes I get several per day. I was at the NASCAR Race at Infinion in June and must have signed up for something at that time. Well, never again!

I found information on another website. Icalled the number listed and found out these calls are being made because of signing up for information i=on the Richard Petty Driving Experience at the Bristol Race.  If you call the following number they will remove you from their call list:

If you signed up at another track, you may want to ask if you need to call a different number.

Call is from California.  I called the number this pre recorded number said to call & it is the official NASCAR Members Club.  I asked the man that answered the phone to remove my name.  He knew just who I was when I called back too because he called me by my name.  We had done something at a race this yr & that's how they got our number.  
He said it will take up to 48 hrs to have our number removed & not to pick up their calls before our number is removed because it'll allow the calls to go on again.

what's the point in being on the do not call list if these people from Media Synergy pay no attention?? I never signed up for anything Nascar. I hate the stuff!! I just got this new number a few months ago (and immediately signed the number up for do not call) and have been inundated with calls from this company every single day!! I have filed over 30 complaints to the FCC on the do not call site and still it continues!!

I get calls from this number at least twice a day, when I answer no one will say anything.  I am on the do not call list and am tired of these people calling me, it has been going on for over a month now.

I've had my cell phone number for 7 years without ever receiving a telemarketing call, and NASCAR/Media Synergy kept calling with a prerecorded message and even called me on Thanksgiving day. I called 866-508-2077 and was told my number would be removed. However, the lady I spoke with insisted that I signed up online requesting info. about NASCAR. The name listed didn't match mine.

She did tell me that if I received anymore calls over the next 48 hours to not call the number as it will reenter my telephone number into the database.

This is harrassment.  A NASCAR related event marketing scam.  They need to stop.

Thanks to those who identified who these numbers belong to. I had joined the NASCAR fan club (or whatever they call it) when it first started. However, I didn't really use the benefits of the club and haven't had an active membership in a couple of years. Now, I know I can just ignore the calls or ask them to remove me from their lists.

This keeps happening everyday and I am really getting tired of it.
I wish it would stop.  There is no one there.

I called 866-508-2077 just a moment ago and talked to Michelle. She told me she'd take my cell number off the list. Hopefully they won't keep calling.
