    They have called twice stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against us.  First of all, someone needs to tell these people that the IRS doesn't make house calls...  The IRS would notify by mail that you are being audited first and then subsequent correspondence would all be by MAIL!  Secondly, the IRS doesn't have my phone number associated with my SSN or of the SSN of anyone in my house.  This has SCAM written all over it!

    The recorded women voice tells you that this is your final notice (I've gotten this twice times  so far today) that the IRS is filling a law suit again you.  If only we could warn others.

    me too, until I reported him, now he wont answer my call backs. I have so much to say.

    Why would you keep calling an obvious scammer?  Your number will just keep getting sold on and you will get even more of these nuisance calls. Never call them back.
