It's a credit company trying to lower your interst rate. Personally, I don't fall for it.

Got a call on my cell from these guys...no answer when I picked up.  When I tried to call back I received the "all circuits are busy" message.

Have received a few calls from an "unknown" caller at 415-363-5608 lately, which I have never answered.

They had never left a voice mail message until this morning's call when I got a prerecorded message... that kept replaying it's self over and over until the recording time ran out.

Message said "This is Mary from Financial Freedom" and that I had been pre-approved for a credit card consolidation loan, etc., etc... and to call back at 888-489-2305.

Interesting seeing as how I don't have a single credit card to my name. Idiots!
