CAFOP stands for California Order Of Pigs.

Keep calling him back - the idiot picks up and says hello - let's see how he likes it-my phone shows no phone number and I have blocked hid number - so he can't call back.

They have called our business line 7 times in the last few days...When I pick up no one is there

I received several calls from 4153639562 (CA FOP on caller ID) everyday for 2 weeks straight.  I called the numbe back today and a man answered "hello" without identifying name of his organization.  I asked and he said it was an organization to help fundraise for fallen police officers and their families.  He went on about sending a kit to me and needed my pledge of support.  When I told him about my unemployment, that moron was still asking for $20 - 50 donation! I requested to take my number off their list but he never asked for my number before hanging up... my number was blocked so how would he know my number???

Called 4 times yesterday, once already this morning. No info -- just says San Francisco, like I couldn't figure that out from the 415. Anyway, nothing -- no one, no sound, no breathing, no buzz, no clicks, nothing. Then it disconnects after a bit or I hang up or I cuss at it for a time -- whatever strikes me. Anyway, it's certainly annoying. When I called it back recording said "not in service".

yup they call all the time,  when i answer, no one it there, no voice, no noise, nothing.  very annoying.  when we don't answer, the phone rings only 4 times, so it disconnects before the answering service kicks in...

We have contributed to the real POA.   Called back and the same guy answers.    POA does not utilize scumbags like this to collect.    This is a scam!

Called my elderly mother and was pressuring her for money for.  The caller ID said CAFOP.  They were collecting money for the fallen officers who were killed by Dorner.  She told them no, but they said they were transferring her to accounting.  A girl said she was mailing my mom a form, but my mother never gave them her address.  My mom will throw form away.  Before my mom hung up, they told her that she cannot claim this on taxes and stated several times to make sure that she does not claim them as charity or any form on taxes.  This is a scam.  My mother can be too nice, but blocked this number on her phone.
