A gentleman named James Connor Called from a company called American Consolidation Services. Stating my Social Security # had been released and i had charges against my Social Security Number, Well when i started to question this Gentleman about th name of the company he started to studdard not valid company.

A gentlemen named John Mack called my job stating this is a legal matter and I need to call him right now to avoid any legal matters against me.  This is not the first time I have received calls like this before.  The name of the company is Hisen Law Firm... he called several times leaving messages on my voicemail.  I will report this number to the attorney general in the state of California.

This company is trying to steal people's identity, they call under several different names all with th e same voicemail message stating it is a legal matter, I have reported them numerous times to the AG.

This is ridiculous, I received calls first from a number in my state and it was the same voice, (Indian Accent) then today received calls with a CA phone number attached to it. The Caller stated there was a very important legal matter I must attend to, so I called the CA number and the man who answered, surprise was the same one who called, then wanted me to confirm my name and Social Security number, when I refused he stated that a special investigative team would be at my home tomorrow, I said OK. Since I know all of my debts and have arrangements with all of them, the only thing this can be is fraudulent. Oh and you can hear the call center in the background. He also seemed surprised that I hadn't been apprised of situation before today...I really hope someone gets on this soon and stops people like this, the only reason I had a feeling something was wrong was because a co worker received the same calls and they were almost identical. Makes me wonder how secure my information is at my work site now, two people at the same place??? Oh well, good luck and take care.

They called me too stating that I got a loan from a company and didnt pay them back so the company where I supposed to have gotten this loan from is going to file charges. He then tried to verify my information, but thank God he had the wrong information. So I began to do some research and discovered this site and 2 others about them. At that point I called them back using one of the names that they had used with someone else, and the Indian man that answered the phone passed it to someone else. When he got on the phone he tried to verify my information to "pull up my acct" and I provided all the wrong information. When I asked his name again he told me a name different than the one he told me the first time. When I called him on that he hung up on me. I tried to call back and now he has the nerve to tell me to leave him alone.

I think they want money. He tried to tell me something cost 5,000 +, and I just stopped him right there.  

First of all they are the dumbest criminals I have ever heard of. You call someone claiming to be a law firm representing the company I "supposed to have defrauded". Then you offer to represent me for 5,000. How are you going to represent the defendant and the plaintiff stupid ass!!!

Second, what company responds on a chat posting with people personal information. You would be disbarred [***]. You stated that because of your credit your attorney didnt send the cops out. I thought you were the attorney??? Then what "attorney" can not write complete sentences. Your grammer alone tells me everything about your broke ignorant ass.

You have to get up earlier than that to pull one on me.

I called Pac-West who is the provider of the phone service and they stated that if enough people call them they will investigate and shut the line down and do a fraud investigation.

To all who get a call from this company or any other company. Do not provide them any of your informations. If you owe money to any one no matter who it is they need to by law provide you with origin name of company they said you owe money to. Any document that you sign and agree on with them. There are so many people out there that are bobbies. Do not let them tell you that they already file a case and you will be sued they have to service you first and once you get first you have a chance to dispute. There is a letter that states all info you need from them. Please report this number I already did and hope they take them out of business you can also tell them to stop calling you at work and they have to stop. If they have your address like they say they have all info tell them you need every thing in writing if they say it so late case it already going to court say fine see you in court and you will have your chance to tell the judge how they were rude and would not give you any info.

A gentleman who gave his name as John Peterson claiming he is from a Law firm called my place of employment from this number 75 times and has been rude, cursing, threatening. The receptionist at my place of employment has informed them that this is a place of business and not to call again. He continued to call and harass her and then the administrator of the facility took the call where this gentlemen was again rude, cursing & threatening. I contact this gentleman myself and he was rude and threatening to me as well. When I started to ask question I just got mumbling and was not able to understand him. The numbers that he gave me was this 4153660213 which is based out of california and he asked me to fax him information such as my credit/debit card number to a 2062021554 number which is based out of WA. 1st if he was an actual attorney then he would know the laws in regards to harasment and that if he is informed to stop calling he is to stop. 2nd he would not listen to anything I had to say he was just rude & threatening. Beware to all the people out there.

This gentleman called me three times stating that my social security number has a law suit attached to it. He stated that to clear this law suit I had to send him a copy of my ID, social security number, and credit/debit card info. When I told him no he got upset and told me I was stupid and that I was going to haave to pay him $15,000. He Must BE Stupid!!! His name is John Peterson a fraudulent attorney from CA with a WA fax number.

To all who are getting phone numbers from these individuals. I have contacted a harassment lawyer and plan on taking these people to court and suing for harassment. It is against American Government Law for individual, or debit collector to harass you, threaten you in any way. This gentleman who has called me since July 1, 2010 at least 30 times has left several messages, yesterday the message threatened my job and then stated that they were going to garnish my wages. If I was to lose my job you idiot then how would you garnish my wages. I suggest that everyone who receives a call from this 415-366-0213 or 415-366-0233 contact an attorney and file suit. I don't know who these individuals are but they definitely need to be put to a stop.

These people just messed up... The are continually calling a back line into my department not realizing that I am recording all of their phone calls, and because I am a detective, I trap all of their real info..  I will be making some appropriate calls... I have also put in a call to their phone carrier to discuss the matter with them.

The same exact story happened to me, and I asked him a bunch of questions also and he hung up on me also and when I tried to call him back he asked me not to call him back.

Okay "James Conner" your writing etique is horrendous. I find it hard to believe that you work for any credible agency. Way to act like a grown up. By the way, your format is that of an angry teenager texting a message to Rene.

I got a call from these people yesterday and today. They must think that we're really stupid to believe their name are so American with their Indian accents so heavy you can't understand them. The first call, from a "Zack", turned into a second call from the same man named "David Brown". Then I was transferred to a man named "John Peterson". The phone number they called from 530-589-8181 is a magic jack number and the fax number they wanted me to send vital info to 206-666-5143 is a Washington number. Please don't get scammed by these horrible people!!

An Indian Speaking Person called in the named James Connor Called from a company I don't know the name of the company and I don't care. Stating my Social Security # had been released and a warrant for fraud charges against my Social Security Number in the state in which I reside.
If you want me to give you some money please give me an address where I can personnel deliver the money to you.

Iwant to sue this guy also, this is fraud!!!
