This is number has been calling back to back today saying I have a lawsuit being filed on me and that my ss# is under investigation these are the same people who hang on you when you return the call or ask to submit a certified letter. Because I never received any type of payment from them. they called me from a different number yesterday 5085219942. what can I do to stop these callers??? ugh

They left a voicemail for me on my home phone.  The man had a very heavy Indian accent and he said his name was Andy Thomas.  He said to have my lawyer call them back immediately.  I called them back and asked for Andy Thomas, the man had no idea who Andy Thomas was, but told me I needed an attorney, so I pretended to put my attorney on the phone and that confused the person I was talking to.  I had this same call two days ago from another number, the first time they said a warrant had been issued for my arrest, but wouldn't give me any information.  I called the sheriffs department and spoke with the person who is in charge of the warrant division, she said no warrants were issued against me.  I told the man what the person did to me two days ago and then he started hollering that he knew where I lived and he would take care of me.  I laughed at him and hung up.

smart butt indian dude told me i have a lawsuit against me and i needed a lawyer..i did *60 and blocked his butt if that will help any of you.

received a call from a Andy Thomas same call I received from Shane Thomas as well as several different other alias' these people need to learn american law before they try and scare people!!!!  The call is the same exact line I am being sued or arrested for something i have no iclue about! Do not listen to these people give them your lawyers number!!

He keeps calling me to and im going to get in touch with someone in california and have him reported because thats what he is doing playing games.
