I have received this text and I believe it is somebody from overseas who is trying to rip people off.

Supposedly the guy's name is Jeremy Washington. He needs a 'personal assistant' to handle his finances. We'll see how this goes.

He gets awful mad when I don't deposit his "cashier's check" to send to his friends in Dubai. Lol

Well I got an email saying that he needed help and was looking for an assistant. his name is  "James Pazzini"  but i looked him up since he claims to be a lawyer.....i did not find him any where.  I found his ad on craigslist....I have seen some scam like this on Dateline....overseas scams...example: they have  you receive products to your living address that have been bought with a stolen credit card....and they have you re-ship it to a diffrent address "overseas" so that the trail will stop at you address instead of the overseas address. When the credit card company trys to find out how it was shipped it directs them to your home address.

Has anyone tried to cash the checks they have been sent.. He sent me one for 1600 and have had it sitting in my desk for like a month now and saw it the other day.. just curious

He uses google voice red flag.

This James Pazzini has hit me up about being his personal assistant. He says he is a lawyer but i cannot find him either. Yet i have gotten the same exact email from 2 other people now. Im guessing its a huge fraud. Red Flag.

Omg I thought it was legit until I tried to cash the check and it was counterfit! I was shocked, I couldnt beleive someome would do this! DO NOT REPLY TO THESE ADS.

i have a jessica belue, looking for a personal assistant. this is the phone number she gave me. her husband calls me this morning. didnt give his first name, but said it was jessica's husband. rushing me to go deposit the money orders in my bank account. dont think ill be doing it after this tho. oh she said she owns her own art gallery in London UK and is also in real astate. my friends were telling me about this, her ex boyfriend cashed one check and kept it and the second one, he got busted for fraud i think. this is her email address pa_jess@hotmail.com.

OMG!! This guy is an [***]! I went on CraigsList as I was looking for a job. That guy answers me back saying that he's looking for a personal assistant. I knew right away it was a scam! I know these kind of people! They try to rip you off from oversea...they tried many times with me; thank god my husband told me before I get ripped off....Please, do not take any check from nobody that claims to be overseas or anything like.....they will rip you off.....I swear to god...Oh, by the was, he signed Dr Javier Dudek. since I knew it was a scam, i tried to call to the number he gave me, and of course, it was an answer machine...hahahaha what a dick!

I got a email back from jessica belue before christmas. She wanted me to be her P.A. that i only had to work 20-30 hours a week sitting a home looking things up for her and mailing different items for her and she would pay me 500 dollars a week. I wanted to believe her b/c that would be an awesome job to have making that much money and doing so little work. I watched how i answered her and watched what i told her to see how far she would go with this stuff. She sent me a check for 3800 and was rushing me to deposit it into my checking account I am not that stupid b/c if it sounds to good to be true then 99.9% of the time it is a scam! The world is a dirty place with mean people out in it. So trust noone and only believe half of what you see!

I have gotten the email for a personal assistant also, only he said his name was Frank Anderson. the checks were good though, so..... I don't know.

how do these people get out phone numbers to text? I have not applied or responded to anything from craigslist.com; now if they are using careerbuilders.com there is a problem.  I have worked in the fraud business for 20 years, NEVER give your info, NEVER accept packages for anyone, NEVER cash checks, you need to report what info you have to the local police.  Their trail will be tracked. BEWARE, you could face criminal charges for helping them.

This scam has many names.  I've received three emails from them today, all with different names yet it's the same email.
