Got a call, left a voice mail for someone other than myself, someone I never heard of.  Caller claimed to be with the IRS and left a rather threatening voice mail followed by "Take care and have a good day". Caller had an obvious east Indian accent but said his name was "Chris Brown".

They continue to call me even after I blocked them. I called back and told them I was with the CIA. He hung up. These scammers need to be stopped.

I got a  voice mail  from this same number. When I blocked the number, they called again but the call was blocked. So they called two more times, once the called ID said " mill valley CA" but did not leave a message. Called again as Name Unavailable and left a message.

Left me two messages claiming to be from IRS, same accent as mentioned, name given Patrick Brown

Received 17 calls on Thanksgiving starting at 7:15 AM which is illegal in California. Caller was asking for an individual unknown to me and claimed to be with the IRS Investigative Service yet the caller had a very heavy East Indian accent and left voicemails that were very difficult to understand. I called the number and complained that I did not know the party they were searching for and was told that they would cease their calls without asking for my number so it could be removed from their database and hanging up before I could question their validity.Twenty minutes later I received another call and when I told them I believed them to be a scam, especially the fact that the IRS would not hire an individual that couldn't be clearly understood and calling 17 times in one morning on a holiday, they immediately hung up.

Got 3 phone messages with the same recorded voice and with seamed to be eastern Indian accent, saying he is an IRS agent name Daniel Robinson, phone # 415-484-8569, claiming that I have an Income tax deficiency, and I should call him right away, it is extremely time sensitive, or IRS will file litigation against me.
I checked with real IRS (800-829-0922) office and they told me that I was clean. I mentioned to her that I received called claiming that he is an IRS agent and I have income tax deficiency. She told me that there are a lot of scam calls pretending to be IRS agent. She told me to call fraud investigation office in DC 800-366-4484, so I left message in the voice mailbox.

On 3 December 2013 received a call,on my phone message,and the person who left the message barely could understand,but did make out the number to be,415-484-8569, unknown location, on the caller ID. The person's name was, Atwood Marshall, with a real heavy eastern accent. I called that number,and the person answering,was a woman,by the name of Michelle. She was telling me that I owed a certain amount,to the IRS,and if the amount was not paid, legal action is being taken,and need to contact a lawyer?  I have all the documentation on file,and do not show,where anything is owed. I am considering this a scam.

beware!   a  call  from  415-484-8569  is  an  IRS  phone  scam,  targeting  taxpayers  thru-out  the  U.S.A.  ~  they  are

"Phishing"  for  info  and  "Demanding"  payment  ~

same person for me said their name was John Walker and said that a warrant was going out for my arrest and my husbands for back taxes (which we have never owed) is this a scam or what and how do i report this person

I tried calling back and got this india person and he said all this to me then hung up on me , tried calling back and now can't get through

I got a call for the second time from some called James XXXX (couldn't understand the last name).. the caller had a very heavy carribean kinda accent and addressed himself from IRS.. He said on the voice mail not to ignore the call and to call him back asap.. What I can't understand is even an idiot would not call himself an IRS rep and try to scam people especially when they can't even speak clear English.. I obviously didn't even try to respond back to them knowing very well this is a total scam but wanted to post it anyway just so if anyone get paranoid they might benefit from this info.. These calls from 415-484-8569 is a total scam, don't even entertain it.. I did not even block my number just so the guy can keep calling as long as he want only to get my Voice mail :).. atleast he would have wasted some more time tryign to scam me :)..
