They actually left a message. Something about a 14% increase in electricity. Press #1 to speak to someone or #3 to be removed. I did not press anything. That way they can't turn around and sell my number to some other A......! They did not give the name of the company. That right there is a BIG RED FLAG in my book.

I didn't recognize the number, so did not answer.  They left no message.  Adding this to by list of blocked numbers.

Received a call on Mon, 11/2/15 at 5:20 pm and didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number.  No message was left either.

this company calls me from this number and other numbers all the time, they won't stop!
