Robo call that leaves info on my voice mail.  Says they are not a telemarker but then just hangs trying to transfer me to live human.  I don't care who they are, I am not giving any financial info over the phone

Have received several calls from this number asking for James Peterson.  Never heard of him, but they continue to call even after I explained that I am not James Peterson.  Getting tired of it. James Peterson please call 4155730745.

This number is associated with Rash Curtis & Assoc. a company that chases billing issues. They go to businesses and buy up overdue or disbuted accounts for pennies. The business then writes off the account and Rash & Assoc. try to collect the money. Understand this money never goes back to the original billing it goes to the collection agency. 707-454-2010 or 415-573-0745
They use an automated caller asking for financial information - if you do get to a live person - do not give them your social security number,  credit card numbers, financial information or current address information over the telephone - request that they send you written documentation with copies of receipts that you authorized the charges they are claiming. 99.9% of the time they will not be able to provide any documentation. It is there responsibility to provide you documentation that you authorized the charges and that the money was not paid by either insurance or yourself.  All they usually have is a computer printout from the business stating your information and the balance due. Since they do not have this information they cannot address if you made a payment and it was miscredited to another account or that the insurance made payments incorrectly entered by staff or if the medical office incorrectly submitted the billing to the insurance. If you truly think you owe for services contact your medical provider and discuss it with them NOT with Rash & Assoc.
They will try to intimidate you with threats of court and a bad credit score - both are empty threats. They have to spend money to file a court action which they are not willing to do - and you can dispute any information reported to a credit agency that does not have the proper backup paperwork - which they don't have. There are multiple ways to block their phone numbers or simply don't answer the phone unless you recognize the caller.

I recently received a new phone number.  Received a call from Rash Curtis & Assoc. It is a collection service.  Called them back with the reference number and they fixed the phone calls.

FYI - They do report on your credit and it has affected me greatly! two years ago I tried to do the right thing and they never took the money out. and now six months ago they started reporting on my credit.

annoying! they keep calling my work for an employee and when i press 9 to connect to the company to tell them we don't except personal calls it hangs up.

I received a call from this number looking for someone else.  I called them back and spoke with some lady who said that I had called the wrong number.  I told her that I hit redail and she still insisted she was the wrong number.  I told her never to call here again.  We are on the don not call registry and I am also notifing them.

At least 3 times a week I recieve calls from 415 573 0745. They never leave a msg!!

This company continues to call repeatedly. I never gave them my number and do not know how they acquired it. They often call right after I hang up from a personal call, or they cut in while I'm on the phone. They're a nuisance.

More than likely a debt collector too lazy to hire real people to make actual calls. I got a call from this number twice in one day and once the following day looking for someone who probably had my phone number years ago! Just put this number on your reject number list and enjoy the rest of your life!

I don't want you guys be calling me all the time. I don't have time to talk to a telemarketers which is not interested at all. Please stop calling, I would appreciated that take out my name to your list again stop calling me period.

I get calls on my voice mail every day at least a couple times a day. They never leave a message except the sound of someone hanging up! I just blocked the number.

I have been getting calls from this number for 2 months.  I continue to tell them I am not "Kurt" and to take me off their list.  They continue to call 5 times a day.  Was anyone successful at getting them to stop calling?  I have owned my phone number for 15 years and do not even know someone named Kurt.
