These are scammers, and really annoying ones! One cannot wish a bad enough fate for them. Their unsubscribe feature just makes it worse. STOP THESE THIEVES!

I don't answer any number I don't know...

Started receiving calls today 07/31/15, not answer any unknown numbers, check it out on who called me, always do just for this reason.

I never answer this number.  It's bad luck.

This call shows up as San Francisco. They call at least twice per day. I don't answer. Also tired of ConbsHomeplus, Alex Scott & rhodes.

Called once, I didn't answer.No vm. Googled the # brought me here. :-)  case closed...

They constantly call. When they answer, I always tell them that I am on the National Do Not Call List. They immediately hang up. Just received another call. They asked how much debt I owe. When I told them a fictitious amount, they hung up without saying a word.

I have been getting these calls about 3 weeks now from all different numbers which you can not call back.  Today I stayed on long enough to listen to the recording  it stated " This is your final opportunity to lower the interest rates on your credit cards.  Because you have been paying on time, you are eligible for a reduced interest rate. Press 1 to speak with a representative"   NO further message that states, Press 2 to stop receiving these calls.

I stayed on to speak with the foreign language speaking idiot.  He then said what was stated in the recording and I asked well which one of my credit cards are eligible and he listed every bank and card known to man. Interestingly enough I have NO CREDIT CARD debt at all and haven't for many years.  When I said don't you know which card I have the highest balance on, he hung up on me.

I've tried to keep these idiots on the phone long enough to get a company name but all they say is "card member services".   I am not sure how to do this without giving out my own personal information.

Just got this # calling me, didn't answer it.  Thanks to everyone here for the enlightenment.  I am wondering now if a professional service I had to give my cell # to on Tuesday, has already sold my # ??

I received a recorded phone call saying you don't have no problem with your credit card and if you want to have a lower interest rate. This is a SCAM. Please don't talk to anyone- just hang up the phone.

Came up on callerid as San Francisco.  Didn't leave a message on the answer machine.

They call but don't leave messages. It comes up as a spam alert.

Got a call from this number. Do not know a soul in CA. Sure it was a scam. Left no message. I don't answer numbers I do not know. Not the first time they called but not as annoying as Carmen from card holder services. They are dumb enough that  they leave a message.

I never answer numbers like this that I do not know.  Friends leave messages as do businesses with whom I have dealings.  Do not have to be aggravated by people with whom I do not speak.  :)

Someone from this number called during work hours and hung up when I identified myself.

If they give out any company information, it will be fictitious. I got their mailing address once, googled it and it was an empty lot. Oddly enough I had never received a call on my cell phone until I called the real card member services for my credit card. It sure looks like someone on the inside is selling numbers. I complained to my card holder and never received another call (after getting my card number changed). There is no reason to believe that these callers originate from one company. They use VOIP so their calls can not be easily traced as well as number spoofing programs such that the "number they are calling from" is essentially disposable. The FTC (or is it the FCC) has offered a reward for any leads into ownership of the companies. One person was arrested and convicted a few years ago but that did not stop them. A service is available through many phone companies that will stop these calls--any call you receive is automatically routed through a server containing a database of bad numbers. If the originating number is in the database your call is not put through (Googling around will provide the name of the service). My phone company will not provide this service.
