Received multiple calls from this number.  Left message saying they were Daniel Martin from the Internal Revenue Service and to not ignore this message. Said to call the number back as it is the IRS Hotline to discuss a discrepancy in my tax return.  Please be aware this is phishing scam as the IRS always sends an official notice through the mail and does not call.  Plus this is a cell number in California.  The IRS help line is a toll free call.

We received 2 messages and 3 additional calls demanding information. With the exact story. Only it was a man. Hang up! Do not give info. Scam!!!!

Rcvd two calls from this number. One indian guy and another guy with a bad english accent. Said they with IRS. Its a scam. Phishing for info.

Yes I got a call today. Male. Bad connection terrible accent. Sounded like he was from Jamacia. Returned to call. Really odd ring. Female answered. Same accent. Asked who she was. Said she was from the IRS. I said REALLY!  What do u want. She said MY ASS!  I said a nasty comment back and hung up and called my police dept and gave them the #. I then filed a complaint with the FCC. Hang up. Losers!  Don't give them any info!  

FYI. They keep calling. Full of BS !

Caller claimed to be IRS investigator named Dwayne with a badge id. When I called back a woman answered and said he was in a meeting but that she (Michelle) could help me. When I wouldn't give my information she said I was an idiot and should hang up the phone. I called back 20 times since but they just answer my call and hang up immediately. They must have caller id and know it is me. Bunch of losers.

Called again and called back.  Some Indian speaking guy said he was with the IRS and said he was a police officer.  I just cracked up laughing and hung up on him.  I filed a complaint with the FCC and called my local police and I contacted the police Dept in Cali/SF area that the # says its calling from.  I also just informed the IRS of this # as well.  Some people are NOT as smart to not give out information sadly and I would really hate for some one to get abused by this pack of losers!

I got the same call from a David brown.saying he was a paralegal for the IRS.  I knew from the moment I heard the bad connection and his horrible accent that he was full of it. He got very upset and started yelling at  me because I wouldn't give him any information.  Then he finally hung up.

IF any one receives a call from IRS, it is not an official call from IRS.
They never call.PERIOD.
Tell the person on 415-690-1323 to do whatever they want to do, and hang up.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY EVEN LISTENING TO THEM.
JUST HANG UP.
