Its a fraud! don't tell them anything, its a random scheme to scare people into giving them their credit card information... i've been called twice by two "Banks" i don't bank and have never banked or had affiliation with. Law of averages, they will get someone that banks with that particular bank and is worried enough to give them their information to "reactivate a limited account due to fraudulent activities" report the number... i'm working on doing that now

This number called me at 4:35am.  Banks are not going to call anyone at that time.

Received a call from this number at 2:01 a.m.  Phone was on charge and I didnt catch it.  I was wondering who calls at that time of morning.

Received a call from this number twice, both between 3:00 & 4:00 AM. I was told that my account with "Max Union" had been limited due to suspected fraudulent activity and was asked to provide personal information to verify my identity.

Definitely a scam. DO NOT give out any personal identification to this number!

Received a phone call at 4:32AM and didn't leave a message. How do they get our numbers to call?

the number called at 4 pm 4/29/09. my number was being charged, and I did not answer, but web research showed it is a scam.

Caller ID said The Gaylord Apa. Said unusual charge on credit card. Said to punch 1 for more information. Fat chance!

was told my visa card was being put on hold for non-payment. don't have a visa card. obviously a scam

A mMessage was left on my answering machine, noting a block was placed on my
Visa card because of a problem.  Sensing a scam I called Visa customer service and was told my card was OK.  No idea who or what Gaylord is.  Obviously a scam to obtain personal info.
Caller was a woman, who spoke with an Indian accent.  What surprised me was they left a name that immediately raised my suspicion.

On Friday, October 22, 2009 at 5:54 I was contacted from 1-416-694-63334 the caller or should I say the machine informed me that a third party had attempted to use my credit card. I was instructed to press 1 so that they can begin the process to solve the problem. I hang up the phone, then hit redial of course the party I was trying to reach was out of the office at that time. I was instructed to leave a message. I knew that it was impossible for the person to have left the office that fast especially if they were trying to correct a problem. I think the Gaylord APA is the problem. This is a Canada area code, please be careful when anyone call with information concerning your credit cards, bank account or anything that eles. These people are very clever, I agree with other our government should be able to stop this scam cold. I would like to report this company to the proper authority. If anyone knows who I should provide the information to please let me know. I plan to reported it to the local police, but I think it should be spread around so everyone will be on the look out of The Gaylord APA company.
