Recorded message about utility rates going up.  I listened till the end and had the option to press "2" to be removed or press something else to speak to a representative.  I pressed 2.  Let's see.

I've gotten a call from this number twice in the last two days.  Just wondering who it is.

Have received this message for the past week. Never listened beyond "utility rate increases" and to the end until now. "Press 2 to be removed or press 1 to speak to an operator." Thought 2 would be too easy, so pressed 1 and told the operator that sending recorded messages was a violation of DoNotCall. She told me that by pressing 1 I invited them past that. Told her it didn't excuse previous calls and to remove me right away. Said she would... right after I heard their script about PG&E furnace replacements or something.

"NO THANKS! REMOVE ME! DONOTCALL & FTC REPORT BEING FILED RIGHT AFTER I HANG UP!"

Called 10:04 a.m. 3/31/11. Also called yesterday

Same robot caller for a company with very bad BBB record. Called "elite conservatiion' or
something - I forgot now. BEWARE!

You are absolutely right.  They have a certain amount of time before they have to give you the opt-out option and they wait until the end.  Second, they do not identify their company name or that it's a sales call in the beginning which I believe they're supposed to do.  Lastly, unless you've done business with them, they're not supposed to be calling you in the first place.  Total scumbags.  3 calls to me in the last 24 hours, but they don't leave messages.  I'll have to report them, then block them.

Talking about energy consuming appliances and suggesting they are from PG&E. Called 4/4/11 at 3:30 p.m. Hung up when I told them they had no business with me and that I would be reporting them.

Received a call from this number today. We are on the do not call list, so this is a violation of the FTC rules. If they call again, I will have some words with them. I was on another call, so the number was recorded

Multiple calls from this number. Latest on 4/12 @ 2:15pm. Called number back to ask to be removed, but just got a msg that mailbox was full.

This was an automated call and unwelcome, please get them to stop!  We have been on the Do Not Call list for years and still get telemarking calls.

This number appeared several times on my caller Id. I tried to call this # but the mailbox
is full.  I'm assuming it is an unwanted telemarketer.  Hopefully, with enough complaints they
will STOP this annoyance for all of us.

These [***] have been calling me multiple times a day for weeks. I've now blocked their number and filed complaints with the FCC & the FTC.

We're on do not call list--and yet we get these lower-your-rate calls from PG&E.  What gives?
