- Robert| 2 repliesThis is Trulia.com... Very Irritating... They keep calling and calling... DON'T YOU GET IT YOU IDIOTS? Obvisiously I am not buying your trash!!!
- Caller: Trulia.com
- Call type: Telemarketer
- David| 7 repliesYes, I have gotten calls from them as well , I am a Real Estate Agent in Fort Lauderdale, FL. They are trying to sell buyer & seller leads to agents. Soo not worth it.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- John West replies to David| 6 repliesI used to work for them and honestly It's a good product. my good friend is an agent and he does very well off of his subscription. Unfortunately most real estate agents will not open there mind to anything that they don't understand. and most cant understand that because an internet company cant put a sales department in every city in America that these guys are scam artist. Not to mention if you pay 39.99 and expect a miracle product, that is going to change your life, you're sorely mistaken. you get what you pay for. For $40 a month you get something that will get that annoying seller off your back or grab a realistic buyers lead every once in awhile. If you actually do something, like listen to the people who know the product much better than you. You might actually pick up new business. One last thing, The sales department at Trulia is filled with people who want every subscription to get new business and they work hard to get even the basic of all basic products to over achieve for agents with unbelievable expectation.
- Wayne replies to John West| 2 repliesJohn --
I cannot respect or do business with any company that doesn't have the common courtesy to leave a message when they call. - jerome replies to Wayne| 1 replyyes your right about that one ...... left no message ..
- barbara replies to jeromeI agree. Leave a message. Even worse, are the companies that restrict their phone number! I guess they are not very proud of their product.
- Doug| 1 replyJust got a call from this number. As usual, I saved it under the name "SPAM" and with the "no ring" option so I won't even know if they call again.
- Danielit is violating the call block service
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Jen replies to RobertI keep track of the numbers from sales people and add them to my phone as 'Trying to sell me something'. That is what pops up now instead of an unrecognizable number!
- agent mdI actually signed up for the service and Got a sale on my first lead. No luck since but it's only been a 2 months. I got the $40 a month plan from Trulia and its ok. I guess if you go for the higher plans you get more leads. The sales agent who contacted me was very good she wasn't annoying at all and that's what sold me.
I hate the cold sale a lot of these companies call and they just want to pressure you and I hate it. Usually I just hang up after the third no.- Call type: Telemarketer
- Patricia Ahlgren| 4 repliesI am sick of the calls as well. I, too, am a Real Estate Broker and am sick and tired of being hounded by everyone in the country. If I need their product, I will call them. I don't even answer them......
- Caller: Trulia.com

- AndyFrankly, the products are pretty good and well priced. I know that as an agent, we get called a lot and there are lame products out there promising the world - and delivering junk. This has been pretty good for me and a few agents I know. If you want to learn what they do, you should probably have a chat. My rep was pretty cool and shared some good info. I did not buy, but I learned some things and appreciate what they can do for me in the future. Bad market for me right now.

- Michigan Realtor replies to Patricia Ahlgren| 3 repliesI'll bet every FSBO you've ever contacted felt exactly the same way.
- DebbyThey keep calling and calling and calling. I never pick up and have blocked them. Ridiculous!!!
- Carrie replies to Michigan Realtor| 2 repliesI should hope not since my hope is that fellow realtors would have the professionalism and common courtesy to a) leave a message and b) stop calling when they say they aren't interested.
- REO Property Preservation replies to Carrie| 1 replyYes! Been calling and left no voice message whatsoever......Please leave a message what r u calling about? or GET A LIFE! ~ TALKING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE? LEAVE MESSAGE!
- Top Producer replies to RobertObviously you are a low producing, gonna be out of the business soon real estate agent. I have used Trulia for years and have made thousands because of them. Have fun looking for another profession
- Brian replies to REO Property PreservationWhy leave messages? The call would go unreturned anyways. Yes we call and call, but its not to hurt its to help. Its a GREAT product that has gone along way with many agents and brokers. If you took the time to listen to what it is we are offering you might just be impressed. If youre not interested we dont call back over and over again. We may check back in from time to time a couple of months down the road. Next time myself or one of my contemporaries calls you take 10 min and listen it might just tunr things around for you in a down economy
- jay b replies to John WestSounds as if your still working for them
- MeganThis number (Trulia) continues to call our office nearly everyday between 10-15 times. If you tell them to take your number off their calling list, they become very defensive. I have started pushing their calls straight to voice mail. Then a second call will come from a different number trying to sell the same thing. Sorry - our agents are not interested!!
