wish we could stop this. Even though you are registered you still get these calls. Can we file a complaint?

I appreciate the responses here re this #. I DO have an underwater mortgage, but I cannot refinance, or modify, due  to filing folr bankruptcy on Jan. 30!!i.  Wish these goofballs would look at that, & shove it!!

Let's get real people... this has nothing to do with a mortgage, being underwater, etc..  These are scammers, using a computer to robo-dial numbers in sequence (computer could care less if you are on the DNC list), and using a "spoofed" caller ID identification.  You can report them, and "file a complaint" all you want...  this isn't the number they are really calling from.  Pressing 3 will not get you off thier call list... it will just confirm that they have a live person who is willing to answer the phone when they get call from an unknown number.  Their goal is to extract from you vital information like a credit card number, a bank account, your SS#, etc., so they can rip you off.  IGNORE THEM.
